How do RDA & RDA Toolkit differ?RDA Toolkit is an integrated, browser-based, online product that allows users to interact with a collection of cataloging-related documents and resources including RDA.RDA: Resource Description and Access is the most prominent document in the RDA Toolkit’s collection of cataloging-related documents.
