About
Union of the Baltic Cities (UBC) is a voluntary, proactive network of cities mobilizing the shared potential of over 100 member cities for democratic, economic, social, cultural and environmentally sustainable development of the Baltic Sea Region. The UBC Sustainable Cities Commission is responsible for the Union’s work on environmental and urban sustainability co-operation and functions as the co-ordination secretariat of the entire UBC Sustainability Action Programme.
