I'm currently working as TAC Customer Support Engineer for Cisco Systems. I am part of the Broadband cable team that handles the issues related with CMTS (UBR1000, UBR7200), DOCSIS1.x/2.0/3.0 and cable modems. We also handles the access technologies such as VPDN, L2TP, PPP, AAA, ISDN etc..
