Our goal is to cultivate a pool of talent for the editorial board of each journal and provide a professional platform for open, free and equal communication among young researchers. Recruitment Criteria

• Doctoral degree obtained within 10 years;

• SCI publication experience;

• Actively engaged in scientific research in related fields;

• Enthusiastic about periodical work, available to review, solicit and promote journals.

Responsibilities of Early Career Editorial Board Members

1. Assist Editor-in-Chief in reviewing manuscripts in professional fields from time to time;

2. Actively contributed in soliciting submissions, serve as guest editors for special issues;

3. Support the development goals of the journal through various means, such as providing suggestions, promoting the journal on the academic networks, academic conferences, and new media channels, etc.
