Ferdinand Louis François Michel Graaf d'Oultremont de Wégimont, Comte d'Oultremont de Wégimont, son of Lt.-Col. Jean Baptiste Francois Georges Graaf d'Oultremont de Wégimont, Baron de Han-sur-Lesse et Seigneur de Wegimont and Maria Jacoba Tjarck Waltha, on 31 May 1789 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.^1,2 She died on 3 April 1830 at age 70 at Brussels, Belgium.²

He and Luise Antoinette Maria Erzherzogin von Österreich were divorced on 11 February 1903.⁴ He died on 18 February 1932 at age 66 at Sibyllenort^G.
