     James Scott was the son of Francis Scott, Earl of Dalkeith and Caroline Campbell, Baroness Greenwich.

     Brig.-Gen. Hon. Francis Charles Bridgeman was born on 4 July 1846.¹ He was the son of Orlando George Charles Bridgeman, 3rd Earl of Bradford and Hon. Selina Louisa Weld Forester.¹ He married, firstly, Gertrude Cecilia Hanbury, daughter of George Hanbury and Mary Trotter, on 26 July 1883.¹ He married, secondly, Agnes Florence Briscoe, daughter of Richard Holt Briscoe, on 27 November 1913.¹ He died on 14 September 1917 at age 71.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Scots Guards.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bolton between 1885 and 1895.¹ He was commander of the Staffordshire Infantry Brigade between 1892 and 1899.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of Isabella the Catholic of Spain.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Staffordshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Shropshire.¹ He was Brigadier-General of the Central Group, London Regiment Volunteer Training Corps.¹

     Gertrude Cecilia Hanbury was born in 1860 at Marylebone, London, England^G.² She was the daughter of George Hanbury and Mary Trotter.^1,2 She married Brig.-Gen. Hon. Francis Charles Bridgeman, son of Orlando George Charles Bridgeman, 3rd Earl of Bradford and Hon. Selina Louisa Weld Forester, on 26 July 1883.¹ She died on 11 March 1911.¹
     Her married name became Bridgeman.

     Mary Trotter was born in 1837 at Marylebone, London, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Captain John Trotter and Hon. Charlotte Amelia Liddell.² She married George Hanbury, son of Robert Hanbury and Emily Willett Hall, in 1857 at Barnet, Hertfordshire, England^G.¹
     From 1857, her married name became Hanbury.¹

     Agnes Florence Briscoe was the daughter of Richard Holt Briscoe.¹ She married Brig.-Gen. Hon. Francis Charles Bridgeman, son of Orlando George Charles Bridgeman, 3rd Earl of Bradford and Hon. Selina Louisa Weld Forester, on 27 November 1913.¹ She died on 3 December 1946.¹
     Her married name became Bridgeman.

     Lady Mabel Selina Bridgeman was the daughter of Orlando George Charles Bridgeman, 3rd Earl of Bradford and Hon. Selina Louisa Weld Forester.¹ She married Colonel Rt. Hon. William Slaney Kenyon-Slaney, son of William Kenyon-Slaney and Frances Catherine Slaney, on 22 February 1887.¹ She died on 28 January 1933.¹
     From 22 February 1887, her married name became Kenyon-Slaney.

     Colonel Rt. Hon. William Slaney Kenyon-Slaney was born on 24 August 1847.² He was the son of William Kenyon-Slaney and Frances Catherine Slaney.³ He married Lady Mabel Selina Bridgeman, daughter of Orlando George Charles Bridgeman, 3rd Earl of Bradford and Hon. Selina Louisa Weld Forester, on 22 February 1887.³ He died on 24 April 1908 at age 60.²
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Grenadier Guards.² He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Shropshire between 1886 and 1908.³ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Shropshire.¹ He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Hatton Grange, Shifnal, Shropshire, England^G.³

     Lady Beatrice Adine Bridgeman was born on 2 December 1870.¹ She was the daughter of George Cecil Orlando Bridgeman, 4th Earl of Bradford and Lady Ida Frances Annabella Lumley.¹ She married Colonel Rt. Hon. Ernest George Pretyman, son of Frederic Pretyman and Georgiana Elizabeth Knight, on 28 June 1894.¹ She died on 27 June 1952 at age 81.¹
     Her married name became Pretyman. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.¹

     Arthur Herbert Cocks was born on 18 April 1819.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Hon. Philip James Cocks and Frances Herbert.² He married Anna Marion Jessie Eckford, daughter of Lt.-Gen. James Eckford, on 15 April 1847.¹ He died on 29 August 1881 at age 62.¹
     He was in the Bengal Civil Service.¹ He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹
