Always a positive experience

Easy shopping experience! Website totally easy to navigate. Great communication- contacts I ordered were backordered & would be notified & shipped soon as it became available. Delivery of my order was as if the backorder never happened. Still got my delivery within 7 days of placing my order. Highly recommend Clearly!!! Been ordering from Clearly for years & never had an issue that would cause me to shop elsewhere.

Great contacts for great price

The product I was looking for was in stock, the price was lower than in stores and I received the right product within 2 weeks. That was the first time I use online store for contacts and it won't be the last. I recommend.

Extremely fast delivery

Extremely fast delivery! I appreciate that a new contact lens case is always included. My prescription is very strong and never kept in stock at any retail optical. Not only does it cost me more to buy from them, but it takes much longer. I have used Clearly for years as they have the best price and the fastest turnaround, and I also much prefer to have them delivered right to my door. Highly recommend.

Cost effective source for glasses

I have purchased several sets of glasses from Clearly and I have always been pleased with the quality and the pricing. You have to spend some time measuring at the start but after you have done it once, it is easy.

Amazing First Experience

This was my first time ordering from Clearly and I was able to find contacts that matched my prescription perfectly in every category. Plus they arrived earlier than expected and I was not expecting to get some gummy bears in the box. I guess it was because I made the order just before Halloween. Anyways I’m super impressed:)

Always a great experience, shipping was extremely fast

Shipping was extremely fast, and was delivered as per the estimated date. I was pleasantly surprised to see a small pack of Hasbro gummy candies !! That was such a lovely touch. Thank you for also including a free contact lens case !

I have been buying contacts from…

I have been buying contacts from clearly for 10 years. Normally my shipment arrives within 24 to 48 hours.
I ordered contacts on October 30, when they didn’t arrive I finally called clearly on November 12. The contacts were waiting for me to be picked up at a contracted male depot.
I’m not sure how I would even have known this if I didn’t call clearly myself.
I paid for delivery, but Didn’t receive the service

Prompt shipping…lots of choices..colours..styles..from no name to name brand..list is endless. You won’t be disappointed..Clearly has a try on feature. Haven’t bought glasses from anywhere else in years.

My customer service person

The lady that assisted me with not only questions but filling my contact lens order as I ran into a snag. She took the time to explain to me the issue or glitch in the system. She was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. Impecable customer service. She spent time making sure I understood the issue and completed my order for me. Huge Kudos to her. Thank you so much.

Clearly Contacts was great but I paid…

Clearly Contacts was great but I paid extra for fast shipping and Purolator refused to deliver several times even though I said to leave it in the mailbox or at the door. I had to pay $40 to Uber and pick them up. Probably won't order again because of Purolator.

Edit: Clearly was amazing with fixing the situation and I really appreciate it. Really great customer service!

Great prices and great service!

Great prices and great service!
I have ordered my contact lenses from Clearly for several years now and I am very pleased with the price.
Also, they often offer either a percentage off of my total order or free shipping.
I never have to leave my house to purchase my contacts and can order at the last minute - they arrive at my doorstep within a few days!

First-Timer for Online Glasses

I've always been apprehensive of purchasing glasses online. As an all day glasses wearer for 25 years, I am so happy I gave it a shot and wish I had done so sooner. The pupillary guide was easy enough to follow and worked wonderfully. I love my new specs and I won't be fooled into paying $800+++ for new glasses anytime soon after this experience.
Edit: I played in a volleyball tournament this past weekend. I took a really fast volleyball to the face. My glasses fell off but still in perfect condition! XD

Defective glasses

Paid 150$ for polarized prescription sunglasses. Dealing with customer service is brutal. They agreed with me that they have a manufacturer defect but won't replace them. The arms on the glasses are different colors and the lenses they put in are not polarized. :( what a scam

Saved money, fast shipping, plus a sweet treat!

Saved $30 on my order plus free shipping and arrived in one day in my mailbox (no worries about porch pirates). Also included a little packet of Haribo gummy bears!

No damage to order. Sturdy plastic-free packaging. Lenses were correct prescriptions and came from a fresh batch. Very pleased.
