Foundr is the best!

Foundr is the best, great team also quick to respond to any question and are there to help even on the weekend, how amazing is that! They give out so much value to the community for free and the courses are absolutely brilliant.

Joining a live challenge with Foundr has been a game-changer! They provide an unbelievable amount of value through their free teachings and courses—perfect for anyone looking to kickstart an e-commerce business. The team at Foundr is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and their community is full of like-minded, motivated people who are ready to help and cheer you on every step of the way. Initial Concerns Resolved Positively by Foundr Support Team

Original Review:
I initially subscribed to Foundr+ with high hopes due to the quality of resources they offer. However, my experience with their customer support and refund policy was disappointing at first.

Due to an unforeseen personal emergency—a severe flood in Spain—I was unable to use the platform after my trial period and missed the chance to cancel before the subscription auto-renewed. Despite explaining this unique situation, Foundr’s standard customer service team initially denied my refund request, citing their 14-day policy with no exceptions.

This lack of flexibility and rigid adherence to policies felt unaccommodating, especially given the extreme circumstances.

Updated Review:
After posting my review, I was contacted by Pearl and Conan from Foundr’s Support Team, who reached out with an offer to resolve the issue by providing a full refund on the renewal. Their empathetic approach and willingness to help turned my experience around, showing that Foundr does care about customers’ unique situations and feedback.

I appreciate that they took the time to listen and make things right. Thank you, Foundr, for addressing my concerns and for showing understanding. This positive resolution demonstrates Foundr’s commitment to customer satisfaction, and I’m grateful for the support team’s efforts in reaching a fair outcome.

I signed up to Foundr on one of their…

I signed up to Foundr on one of their promotional adverts on Instagram. I was amazed at how many different courses they have on their platform. They even had a welcome zoom session (which was in the middle of the night because of the time difference) but I didn't mind as I knew it was important.
I have done a few Foundr+ live online summits and they have been full of important information.
I have just signed up to the yearly subscription as I am looking to start an e-commerce site and Conan was great at helping me set up the subscription.

Foundr Is A Family You Want To Be Apart Of!

I don't know where to begin!
I love Foundr. I feel like it's a family filled with nurturing parents, siblings, cousins, and friends.
Foundr nurtures the entrepreneur and feeds our spirits with the nutritious meals - can't forget the desert 😋, of knowledge and wisdom. This fuels us so we can grow up as healthy business owners equipt to serve our customers and clients with our exquisite talents, products, and offers!

I feel at home with Foundr. The education I've gotten from the team is GOLD! You'd be a malnourished entrepreneur soul if you didn't at least taste test what they dish out! I promise you will be delighted and want the full course meals they cook up!

I can start an ecommerce business…

I can start an ecommerce business within just 90days by learning half of the start and scale modules only back to 2022. Is incredible. definitely will continue the course again when time allowed.

Foundr is the single best platform to kickstart your entrepreneurial journey or grow your business wherever you are at!
First, you probably noticed that they are really generous with loads of free content through the podcasts, webinars, and free mini courses,
and once you invest in a course, you will be glad you did.
With straight to the point, step by step lessons, well organised and clear course material, approved systems, techniques, templates and copy, learning from successful entrepreneurs, you get everything you can possibly wish for.
I'm so glad I found Foundr to help me build my business, and I'm a huge fan.

Also, by signing up for a free challenge, I got a 14 days trial of the Foundr+ platform. Be assured: before the end of the trial, they sent e-mails to make you aware of the end of the trial, and make it easy for you to unsubscribe and not be charged.

Very much appreciated, genuine people.I did the 5-day challenge—the best free online challenge. They are real heroes.Today, I found out that I had been charged twice for a monthly subscription. I sent an email and received a speedy reply. It turned out that I had mistakenly subscribed with a wrong/non-existent email address initially.Customer service offered me a refund and also cancelled the subscription linked to the "wrong email."I'm very satisfied and learning new things as a total beginner (Alice from Wonderland). 😁 Thank you for what you do!

This is a great course

This is a great course, there is an enormous amount of information and answers are everywhere. There is no way you can start your own online business without it. Also the customer service is exceptional. I should know I have put them through the wringer hahah. Don’t hesitate just go for it and good luck. 🍀

Good content and friendly people.

The people behind Foundr are great and their ideas, book, magazine and courses are great. I first came across Foundr at the beginning with their Kickstarter campaign. The people are friendly and when it is required, assistance if prompt and friendly. There are no pushy sales pitches.

Great Customer Service

I have bought courses and although only working through them when I have needed any help from customer services they have always been able to be kind, friendly and solve all my questions. I feel confident that the company will always try their best to find a solution to any request. Issues are always solved and answered promptly no waiting, or people saying they will get back to you. I have dealt with Karina today and she was a star.

More than I'd hoped for...

I recently finished Gretta Van Riel’s ‘Start and Scale your online store’ course with Foundr, and honestly, it was more than I hoped for. Gretta is a legit expert, offering up the sort of insights that make a real difference. The content was not only insightful but presented in such an engaging way that I found myself looking forward to each lesson. If you’re looking to improve your skills or venture into something new, I can’t recommend Foundr’s courses enough. Worth the investment!

I can see glowing reviews but no one…

I can see glowing reviews but no one has said whether they are making any money. That's the whole point.

Can real people, not admin please comment? Are they are making money and let us knoe how long before they generated sales and profits? Is it just puffery by GvR in training video about generating sales/profits in first or few months? How realistic is the program?

A Game-Changer for the Aspiring Entrepreneur
