Do not waste your time and resources on…

Do not waste your time and resources on Hostinger. VPS is down almost every week or whenever you really need it. Hosting a website and having professional email addresses are at your own risks. When you change your email passwords, others still can access it with the old password for at least 2-3 hours.

Shelvi was the greatest!

Shelvi took the time to patiently walk me through all the modifications I needed to make on my old Web Hosting service so that we could migrate to Hostinger in an orderly manner without adversely impacting our operations. She also gave me pointers on the next steps need to complete our Domain move.

Manuel worked with me with patience and…

Manuel worked with me with patience and attention throughout the process of trying to resolve the issue I was having with the Hostinger connection in be able to access and edit my website.

Although we could not get it resolved during the service call, Manuel forwarded the issue to another colleague (i.e., Jesus). I asked Manuel if he could help expedite the correction -- which appears he was able to have done -- as the issue was resolved the next day!

Easy to reach out for help

Easy to reach out for help
I like building my own website in a way I desire but without any code experience, there is not much I can do. That's why I choose Hostinger website builder not wordpress.
Everytime there is an issue ,I can easily get support from AI, if AI can't solve that problem I will come to a live support by an engineer . most of the issues can be solved , but there is some function right now can't achieve , I understand it and I hope the technical team can soon work on the issue which has been a headach a long time for me . Add "Search Bar" into the header , so that when people come in my website can easily find it by the precise model number rather than looking for it one by one , I believe most of people do not have that patience. If this problem get solved , not only me but many others will benefit .

All in all , in a true review , whenever you have an issue , you can get help , that is what I like most and recommend

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service.
I created my website using YouTube tutorials, and I was able to find almost all the details I needed. Recently, I migrated my website to another hosting account and made several mistakes that almost caused me to lose my site. Fortunately, the support team was always there for me, guiding me and helping to fix my mistakes. A big thank you to Tarek and everyone I spoke with.

Hostinger is Outstanding!

Dika supported me through some frustrating moments with caching errors on my website. He was patient and provided me with the fix I needed.
Hostinger and their support team are highly recommended. In the past with different hosting companies, I've been told that I cannot be supported with some issues, which I understand if it's down to my error however, I've never had anyone at Hostinger tell me that they can't support me. Also, their hosting service cannot be faulted.

Excellent Support - Quick Solution to My Issue!

I had a "robot check" issue on my website that was tough to get past. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing worked. So, I contacted Hostinger support, hoping for help.

Excellent communication

Response time, and understanding. Despite me not making transactions on my account. Hostinger (izabella) was successfully able to process a refund. Yes my account was hacked. Nonetheless big thanks to hostinger and their great employees for making this happen. Im satisfied with their customer service.

I wish I had found Hostinger a decade…

I wish I had found Hostinger a decade ago because I would have saved myself a lot of money and setup/migration time using their A-MAZING hPanel user-interface; good to cPanel forever. SSL setup is so easy all you have to do is add your domain and sit back and watch it do its magic. Their dashboard and widgets bring managing a website to the next level, as well as domain management; all my domains will be transferred because of their interface and pricing. Hostinger also isn't one of those companies that's going to lure you in on a great deal and then price-gouge you at the end of term. Their after discount offer plan price is very visible and very fair. No more hopping web hosts every 3 years. I'm here to stay.

Fraud company from Lithuania

Response is a lie! Been going on since beginning 3 months ago and we've contacted over 50x and you've got dozens of people responding and somebody new each time so you don't know what's going on. You're a fraud and a scam! Maybe have 1 person per customer query instead of 20 different bots giving canned responses so nobody knows what's going on! Our sale ended weeks ago in 10 states and we can't login and can't respond to emails costing us tens of thousands of dollars thus the lawsuit! Fraud company from Lithuania. Continue to cost our businesses tens of thousands of dollars for non working product and ZERO customer service. We can not access anything and they refuse to take everything down and refund our money. They seem to think they can operate with impunity and destroy businesses and false advertise. No recourse and they are illegally using our information even after legal cease and desist orders to remove all our information and issue refund.

Hostinger's Live chat is super efficient & effective…

Hostinger's Live chat is super efficient and effective. I just switched my hosting to them and did encounter some issues with my websites. The Live chat responded within minutes and took action to rectify the issues very quickly. This is the first time I have seen things get done through live chat almost immediately. Wonderful experience! Hopes it stays this way. Thank you.
