One of my purchases must have ended up on someone else's porch. LibroWorld reshipped immediately once I voiced a concern, and I had a replacement in about two days! All other shipments have come promptly, and I now have several very lovely children's books.

Placed an order on 12-03-2023, for several books. Today is January 19 2024 still have not received my order. I have emailed them twice and advised them of the situation, and of course according to them it was the Post Office’s fault. They want me to create an account and password to reorder, I didn’t have to do that to place my original order and I’m not going to do that now.
Check there reviews several customers have never received their orders.
My advice “Never Order Anything From Them “ Bad Bad Bad Company

I placed an order on Aug 2, 2023 and received an order confirmation email. Then dead silence. Order tracker says ""awaiting fullfillment" last update Aug 2nd. Not helpful. I have requested an order status update by email and left messages at 321-421-0206. The phone number provided has a very generic message "this person is not available". Left a voice message with Absolutely NO response.

This Engineering Experiment Idea book is full of great for all kinds of engineers. My husband who is an engineer said he wished this kind of book was available when he just starting school.

I NEVER received the package...NEVER!
You don't respond to complains! I have told you that USPS Informed me that your company printed an incorrect address label - 481 High St, Morgantown, WV 26505. My address is 481 Hite St, Morgantown, WV 26501...I have presented this information to your company twice before this!
Why would I send you the wrong address - not only the wrong Street but also the wrong zip code? You made the mistake, why can't you admit it and let's move on.

When I ordered at first I was a bit perturbed do to lack of access to view my order, I was requested to change my password a few times...Once that was eradicated my order came without anymore issues

I accidently ordered the same thing twice and they notified me about it . They asked me if I wanted to keep both or cancel one When they canceled one of my orders, the refund was credited the same day. I trust Libroworld,com and will order from them again and again!

I was so impressed with your company. The three macramé books that I ordered were fabulous, exactly what I was looking for. I macramé quite a bit back in the 70s, when it first came out as a popular thing to do. I had learned knot tying from my father as a small child. When macramé became popular in the 70s I’ve took some classes and thoroughly enjoyed it now that it’s come back I’ve decided to start doing it again. These books I ordered gave me every bit of information that I needed to retrain myself. And I could not believe how fast I received the merchandise. It was only a couple of days before they got here and I have been thoroughly enjoying them Sense. I’ve got ours an hours hours of enjoyment coming
