IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RENDA BROADCASTING PRIZES
Attention winners: Congratulations on winning this prize package from Renda Broadcasting of Indiana.
Although most of our prize winners are very appreciative and ‘play by our contest rules’, recently we have had listeners who directly or indirectly attempted to monetize their prize by utilizing social media and other means in posting prizes for sale, or have had others do so on their behalf. Please know that we work hard to maintain positive working relationships with all of our vendors including, but not limited to, the amusement parks, teams, restaurants, and many others that we work and partner with throughout the year. Furthermore, these same vendors join us in being vigilant in looking for fraudulent activity as it relates to these prizes.
Although most of our prize tickets clearly state “not for re-sale” or have ‘no value” printed on them, it is important that you adhere to the following policy:
Prizes won from any Indiana Renda Broadcasting station are not for resale and are non-transferable. Violators of this rule will forfeit their opportunity to win from Indiana Renda Broadcasting stations at any time in the future. Enforcement of this rule is at the discretion of Indiana Renda Broadcasting.
A complete list of Renda Broadcasting Corporation Contest Rules can be requested at our offices at 840 Philadelphia Street, Suite 100 – Indiana, PA 15701 or on line at any of our websites at wdadradio.com; 1160wccs.com; catcountry1063fm.com or u92radio.com.
