China ?
[edit]Is this for Chinese people? It seems that someone edited this out of the description. --- Jura 16:29, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
- It's for anybody, but China has a particular tradition of attributing an ancestral home for anybody, and that tradition has a Q-number, and this property can be used to assign to a person item a location that, if it is in China, would be describable by said Q-number.
