Welcome
We develop and deploy neuroimaging and related technologies to solve big challenges in basic neuroscience and brain health.
Take Part
Members of the public can participate in our research studies.
FMRIB Software Library
FSL is a library of analysis tools for FMRI, MRI and DTI brain imaging data.
Our Mission
Building Technological Bridges | we develop brain technologies that span dimensions and enable our researchers to cross boundaries: animal to human; population to individual; basic to clinical neuroscience; cell to signal; measurements to models.
Training Curious Teams | we equip and empower our scientists to identify and solve the most challenging problems in neuroscience by being curious about mechanisms, innovative with methods, and collaborative across disciplinary boundaries.
Delivering Real Solutions | we deliver real-world outcomes in the clinic and lab through our integrative approach harnessing novel technologies for cutting-edge neuroscience.
Our Values
We are a Team: We work together, recognising that our successes are a collaborative achievement.
We are Engaged: We are committed to engaging with the public, patients and policymakers to ensure our science is relevant and impactful.
We are Inclusive: We respect each other’s differences and take deliberate action to remove barriers to equity.
We are Open: We share our methods, tools, data and expertise to accelerate innovation and improve health outcomes.
