羅友枝(英語:Evelyn Sakakida Rawski,1939年2月2日),是日裔美國人历史学家,美國匹茲堡大學歷史系傑出榮譽教授,專長為清朝中亞歷史研究。她被視為新清史派系的知名學者,並且曾經擔任亞洲研究協會的主席(1995-1996)。

出生於夏威夷州檀香山,畢業於檀香山西奧多·羅斯福總統高中英语President Theodore Roosevelt High School康乃爾大學;本科期間受到漢學家畢乃德英语Knight Biggerstaff的影響,決心在研究院攻讀歷史,並且於1968年哈佛大學取得博士學位,師從楊聯陞教授。她能講流利的英語法語漢語日語以及滿語
