深海映像・画像アーカイブス JAMSTEC E-library of Deep-sea Images（J-EDI）
深海デブリデータベースについて 深海デブリデータベースでは、国立研究開発法人海洋研究開発機構（JAMSTEC）が保有する「しんかい6500」や「ハイパードルフィン」などの潜水調査船や無人探査機等による潜航調査で撮影された映像や画像に映っている、深海に沈む "ゴミ（デブリ）" の情報を公開しています。 映像や画像から同定した海底ゴミの種類による分類や海底ゴミの情報リスト、海底ゴミが映っている映像や画像が撮影された潜航調査地点によって、深海に沈んだゴミの内容を確認することができます。また、海底ゴミが映っている映像や画像も見ることができます。

2024/09/18 「Cetacean Stranding Data in Hokkaido」のデータセットが公開されました。このデータセットは、北海道沿岸において2007年から収集された鯨類の座礁情報に基づいています。 2024/08/16 下記の文献に基づいて八放サンゴ類の分類群情報129件が追加・更新されました。 McFadden, C. S., L.
