はじめまして、このブログを書いておりますgold-wayです。 さて早速ですが、みなさまは「ポスドク問題」というものをご存じでしょうか？ 簡単に言ってしまえば、博士号をもった人材を大量に育成しているにもかかわらず、その受け皿となる大学教員の定員はいっこうに増えず、したがって職にあぶれている研究者（＝ポスドク）が大量にいる、という問題です。 こうした人々は、頑張って常勤のポストを探すか、任期付きのポスドクのポジションを渡り巡るか、はたまた一般企業への就職を目指すか、と様々な選択肢が考えられます。 このブログでは、そのような中でも一般企業への就職を目指すことにした「僕」こと兼道修介が、研究室や転職市場の中でもまれつつ、気づき、吸収していく様子を記した物語を書いていこうと思います。 内容はあくまでもフィクションであり、ここに描かれた人は「僕」を含め、すべて架空の人物です。とはいえ、エピソードの多
