- The current Constitution of Romania is the seventh permanent constitution in modern Romania's history. It is the fundamental governing document of Romania that establishes the structure of its government, the rights and obligations of citizens, and its mode of passing laws. It stands as the basis of the legitimacy of the Romanian government. Adopted on 21 November 1991, it was approved on 8 December 1991 in a national referendum and promulgated on the same day. The constitution was amended once by a referendum on 18 October 2003. The new text took effect on 29 October 2003. (en)

- Konstytucja Rumunii – podstawowy akt prawny Rumunii. 18 marca 1990 r. uchwalono nowe prawo wyborcze, które było de facto tymczasową konstytucją, gdyż określało formę rządów oraz procedury potrzebne do uchwalenia nowej konstytucji. Podstawą nowych rządów miał być pluralistyczna demokracja z trójstopniowym podziałem władzy: ustawodawcza, wykonawcza, sądownicza. Nowo wybrany parlament miał pracować jako konstytuanta i ciało ustawodawcze. Ordynacja wyborcza do parlamentu miała się opierać na zasadach proporcjonalności. Wybory parlamentarne jak i prezydenckie odbyły się w jednym czasie (30 V 1990 r.). Frekwencja była wysoka (ponad 85% uprawnionych). Prace nad konstytucją rozpoczęły się w lipcu 1990 roku. Nowa konstytucję uchwalono 21 listopada 1991 r. 8 grudnia Rumuni przyjęli ją w referendum. (pl)

- Konstytucja Rumunii – podstawowy akt prawny Rumunii. 18 marca 1990 r. uchwalono nowe prawo wyborcze, które było de facto tymczasową konstytucją, gdyż określało formę rządów oraz procedury potrzebne do uchwalenia nowej konstytucji.
