- Klaus Biesenbach (* 1966 in Bergisch Gladbach) ist ein deutsch-amerikanischer Kurator und Museumsdirektor. Er ist der Direktor der Neuen Nationalgalerie mit Museum Berggruen und der Sammlung Scharf-Gerstenberg und des noch entstehenden Museums der Moderne in Berlin. Zuvor war er Direktor des Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA), Chief Curator at Large am Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York City und Leiter der New Yorker Kunsthalle MoMA PS1 (Stadtteil Queens). Außerdem ist er Gründungsdirektor der Kunst-Werke, KW Institute for Contemporary Art in Berlin und der Berlin Biennale. (de)

Previously, he had been serving as the director of The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles (MOCA), from 2018 to 2021. He is also a former Chief Curator at Large at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City and former director of MoMA PS1.
