- 마누엘 아쿠냐 로하스(타갈로그어: Manuel Acuña Roxas, 1892년 1월 1일 ~ 1948년 4월 15일)는 필리핀의 독립운동가, 정치가이자 제5대 대통령(1946년 ~ 1948년)이었다. 7월 4일 필리핀이 미국으로부터 독립을 한 후 커먼웰스 공화국의 제4대 대통령으로 당선되었고 일주일 뒤 정식으로 필리핀 독립을 선포하였다. 마닐라 근교의 필리핀 대학교에서 법률을 전공했고 1917년 카피스 주 의원으로 정계 입문, 1919년 카피스 주지사(1919년∼1921년), 1921년 하원의원에 출마하여 당선되고, 하원의장과 국가평의회 의원을 지냈다. 1934년 제헌회의 의원, 1938년∼1940년 재무부 장관, 제2차 세계대전 중 일본군에 잡혀 수용소 생활을 하다 풀려난 뒤 일시적으로 일본군에 협력하였다. 1945년 상원 의원, 상원 의장 등을 역임하고 1946년 4월의 선거에 당선되어 5월 28일 커먼웰스 정부의 네 번째 대통령이 되었다. 7월 4일 독립을 선언, 필리핀의 정식 대통령이 되었다. 정식 필리핀 대통령에 취임하였으나 취임 초기부터 공산주의 집단인 후크발라합의 봉기 등에 직면하였다. 전후 복구 사업을 위해 노력하였으며 1948년 대통령 재직 중 사망하였다. 후일 필리핀 화폐 100페소의 주인공이 되었다. Em 1941 foi ajudante do general Douglas MacArthur e foi aprisionado pelos japoneses. Durante a Segunda República foi ministro sem pasta do governo de José Laurel, motivo pelo qual veio mais tarde a ser acusado de colaboracionista com os ocupantes japoneses.
