- Red Bull Ring (dříve A1 Ring, ještě dříve Österreichring) je závodní okruh, nacházející se poblíž Spielbergu ve Štýrsku v Rakousku. Původní název okruhu byl Österreichring, později byl zkrácen a přejmenován na A1 Ring. Nejčastěji hostil závody seriálu Formule 1 v letech 1970 až 1987 a jako nově opravený okruh v letech 1997 až 2003. V roce 2004 byly strženy tribuny. Ve stejném roce okruh odkoupila společnost Red Bull, která ho v letech 2008 až 2009 zrekonstruovala za 70 mil €. V září 2010 byl potvrzen pro konání závodu DTM v následujícím roce, v listopadu 2010 se tam uskutečnil 6. závod sezony Formule 2. V současnosti nejčastěji hostí sérii DTM. V červenci roku 2013 se rozhodlo, že Red Bull Ring bude zařazen do kalendáře Formule 1 pro rok 2014, závod se uskutečnil 22. června 2014 a vyhrál jej Nico Rosberg na Mercedesu. (cs)
- Der Red Bull Ring ist eine Motorsport-Rennstrecke in der Stadtgemeinde Spielberg in der Steiermark, Österreich. Er wurde 1969 als Österreichring eröffnet und war in den Siebzigern unter dem GP Österreich in Zeltweg bekannt. Erst ab 1997 bis 2003 wurde der Kurs zum A1-Ring. Nach längeren Umbauten wurde er am 15. Mai 2011 wiedereröffnet. Oft wird das nur zwei Kilometer entfernte Zeltweg als Lage des Kurses angegeben, obwohl sich die Rennstrecke auf dem Gemeindegebiet Spielberg befindet. Auf dem Fliegerhorst Zeltweg-Hinterstoisser fand 1963 der erste Große Preis von Österreich statt, der jedoch keinen Weltmeisterschaftsstatus hatte. - Le Circuit de Spielberg, auparavant appelé Österreichring puis A1-Ring et désormais Red Bull Ring, est un circuit automobile situé dans la commune de Spielberg en Autriche. Il est souvent incorrectement indiqué que le circuit est situé à Zeltweg car cette ville est plus connue que Spielberg ; avant de se tenir sur l'Österreichring, le Grand Prix automobile d'Autriche avait lieu sur le circuit de Zeltweg. Circuit très technique, il est connu pour avoir accueilli le Grand Prix automobile d'Autriche pendant dix-huit ans, de 1970 à 1987. Il accueille, depuis 1969, les 1 000 kilomètres de Zeltweg qui font partie, depuis 2013, du championnat européen d'endurance. Rénové et raccourci par l'architecte Hermann Tilke, il accueille le Grand Prix automobile d'Autriche entre 1997 et 2003 ainsi que le Grand Prix moto d'Autriche en 1996 et 1997. Peu utilisé au fil des années, le circuit est fermé et partiellement démoli. Il est acheté en 2005 par Dietrich Mateschitz, le propriétaire de Red Bull, reconstruit presque à l'identique et rouvert en 2011. La Formule 1 y revient en 2014 et le championnat de MotoGP en 2016. En 2020, la pandémie de Covid-19 chamboule le calendrier du championnat et provoque une situation inédite : non seulement le Grand Prix d'Autriche, disputé le 5 juillet, est la course d'ouverture de la saison, mais le Red Bull Ring en accueille une deuxième le week-end suivant, baptisée Grand Prix de Styrie. - The Red Bull Ring is a motorsport race track in Spielberg, Styria, Austria. The race circuit was founded as Österreichring (translation: Austrian Circuit) and hosted the Austrian Grand Prix for 18 consecutive years, from 1970 to 1987. It was later shortened, rebuilt and renamed the A1-Ring (A Eins-Ring), and it hosted the Austrian Grand Prix again from 1997 to 2003. When Formula One outgrew the circuit, a plan was drawn up to extend the layout. Parts of the circuit, including the pits and main grandstand, were demolished, but construction work was stopped and the circuit remained unusable for several years before it was purchased by Red Bull's Dietrich Mateschitz and rebuilt. Renamed the Red Bull Ring the track was reopened on 15 May 2011 and subsequently hosted a round of the 2011 DTM season and a round of the 2011 F2 championship. Formula One returned to the circuit in the 2014 season, and MotoGP returned to the circuit in the 2016 season. The Red Bull Ring also hosted a second F1 event named the Styrian Grand Prix in 2020 and 2021; and a second MotoGP event named the Styrian motorcycle Grand Prix in 2020 and 2021 after the COVID-19 pandemic affected the schedules of both of those seasons. Sulla pista originaria furono disputate anche le gare del Campionato mondiale Superbike dal 1988 (anno di fondazione della serie) al 1994, prima della ristrutturazione del 1995 che portò all'attuale configurazione, sulla quale il motomondiale ha poi corso solo nel 1996 e 1997, anno in cui le derivate di serie vi hanno fatto ritorno sino al 1999. L'autodromo fu originariamente costruito per sostituire il vicino aeroporto militare di Zeltweg, in cui si era svolto negli anni sessanta il primo Gran Premio d'Austria di Formula 1: per questo motivo il Red Bull Ring è conosciuto storicamente come circuito di Zeltweg. Następnie tor przebudowany i skrócony przez Hermanna Tilke, jako A1-Ring, był ponownie gospodarzem wyścigów o Grand Prix Austrii w latach 1997–2003. Po 2003 roku zaniechano dalszej organizacji wyścigów, ze względu na decyzję austriackiego ministra zdrowia o zakazie reklamowania wyrobów tytoniowych. W 2005 roku właścicielem toru został koncern Red Bull, który doprowadził do jego przebudowy w latach 2008–2010. 15 maja 2011 odbyło się otwarcie toru nazwanego Red Bull Ring. Parts of the circuit, including the pits and main grandstand, were demolished, but construction work was stopped and the circuit remained unusable for several years before it was purchased by Red Bull's Dietrich Mateschitz and rebuilt.
