Former Technical Sergeant Saner Wonggoun (Thai: เสนอ วงษ์กวน; RTGS: Sa-noe Wongkuan; born January 22, 1947) is a Thai American who was the United States Air Force's top fugitive from 1994 to 2006 as the principal suspect in his wife's killing.
