Çok yönlü bir Osmanlı âlimi olan Taşköprülüzâde Ahmed Efendi, eserlerini din, dil, tarih ve felsefe bilimlerini kapsayan geniş bir yelpazede vermiştir. Onun eser verdiği alanlardan biri de ilimler tasnifi olmuştur. Taşköprülüzâde bu alanda, er-Risâletü’l-câmi‘a fi vasfi’l-‘ulûmi’n-nâfi‘a, Miftâhu’s-se‘âde ve misbâhu’s-siyâde fî mevzu‘âti’l-‘ulûm, Medînetü’l-‘ulûm ve es-Se‘âdetü’l-fâhira fî siyâdeti’l-âhira adlı eserleri kaleme almıştır.
Taşköprülüzâde’nin es-Se‘âdetü’l-fâhira’da ortaya koyduğu ilimler tasnifi anlayışı, Miftâhu’s-se‘âde ve Medînetü’l-ulûm’daki tasnif anlayışıyla genel olarak uyum içerisindedir. Ayrıntıda ise bazı farklılıklar gözlenir. Taşköprülüzâde es-Se‘âdetü’l-fâhira’da ilimleri, her birini devha (büyük ağaç) olarak isimlendirdiği üç ana başlık altında ele alır. Her başlık altında ilimleri tanıtır ve ilgili ilimde yazılmış önemli kitapları zikreder. Birinci ana başlık alet ilimleri, ikinci ana başlık itikâdî (nazarî) ilimler ve üçüncü ana başlık ise amelî ilimlerden oluşur. Alet ilimleri söze ve yazıya
dair dil ilimleri ile manevî alet ilimleri şeklinde iki alt başlık içerir. İtikâdî ilimler ile amelî ilimler de altında şer‘î (dinî) ve hikemî (felsefî) kısımlarını barındırır. Taşköprülüzâde bu başlıklar altında, toplamda 158 ayrı ilme yer vermiştir. Onun es-Se‘âdetü’l-fâhira’da metafizik ilminin alt kolları olarak tasavvuf ve tasavvufun altında incelenen ilimleri zikretmesi ve burada vahdet-i vücûd nazariyesini öne çıkarması ile şer‘î amelî ilimleri ele aldığı kısmı, amelî hikmete dahil olan ahlak, ev ekonomisi ve siyaset ilimlerine tekabül edecek şekilde, şahsa özgü, ev halkına özgü ve topluma özgü ilimler olarak düzenlemesi bu eseri onun bu alanda yazdığı diğer eserlerinden ayrıştıran önemli noktalar olarak zikredilebilir.

After more than 62 years of its formation, Israel is now facing a crisis in one of the major
aspects of its entity, namely its identity; many  of the members of Jewish-Israeli public, in
particular, are facing a crisis in identifying their character within the contemporary world,
especially with the rise of rejection of Israel in the Arab and Muslim worlds. The Israeli
people are facing a problem in defining their tie, and thus, there has been a crucial need to regather the Israelis on one symbol that represents “‘Ām Ysra’il” (i.e. the People of Israel). This
symbol is Jerusalem. Therefore, it is noted that Israel has intensified work towards Judaizing
Jerusalem and insisting on its Jewish character recently, in addition to the insist on requesting
the Palestinians and the Arab and Muslim world to admit “The Jewish Israel”, which reflects
Israel’s fear of demolishing of the whole Zionist project in that area from inside. This paper
analyzes the current identity crisis that Israel faces and the procedures taken by Israel towards
solving this problem through “bringing the symbol to life”, i.e. Jerusalem in particular, in
addition to touch upon the reaction of the PLO and the Palestinian Authority to this
challenge.

When it comes to al-Aqsa Mosque, this debate among scholars on the differentiation between the terminologies, Barakah, Holiness and Ḥurmah, in particular opens the gate to a discussion on the status that the Islamic Primary Sources, namely the Qur’ān and the ḥadīth, gave to al-Aqsa Mosque. This is very important, especially when it comes to connecting al-Aqsa to other important terminologies mentioned in the Qur’ān and the ḥadīth, such as the Land of Barakah, and the Holy Land.

The relationship between al-Aqsa Mosque and both the Land of Barakah and the Holy Land attracted my attention a few years ago, especially when I noted the confusion throughout the writings of many authors on this issue. When it comes to the centrality of al-Aqsa Mosque, many authors do not differentiate between the Holy Land and the Land of Barakah. It might be simply claimed that these two lands are in fact one area, and that al-Aqsa Mosque is its centre.

this chapter aims to understand the relationship between al-Aqsa Mosque and both the Land of Barakah, and the Holy Land. I will here compare the two concepts: the Barakah and the Holiness, and the relationship between al-Aqsa Mosque and each of the two concepts. I will also refer to the two other important Mosques in Islam, namely al-Ḥarām Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madīnah, since they also have a very important centrality in their regions.

يعدّ الفتح  الإسلامي الأول لبيت المقدس في القرن السابع الميلاديّ نقطةَ تحول كبرى في تاريخ العالم في القرون الوسطى، ذلك لأن بيت المقدس كان يرزح تحت حكم  واحدة من أقوى إمبراطوريات ذلك الزمان، ألا وهي الإمبراطورية البيزنطية. لذا كان لا بدّ أن يتطلب فتح بهذه العظمة والأهمية تحضيراتٍ كبيرةً وتخطيطًا على أعلى المستويات كي يتم الظفر به وبلوغ الغاية منه. وبينما يعزو معظم الناس، سواء كانوا من المختصين أو العامّة، الفضل في فتح بيت المقدس إلى الخليفة الراشد الثاني عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه، وينسبه آخرون إلى أبي بكرٍ الصديق، خليفة المسلمين الأول، رضي الله عنه. إلا أنّه قلّما يشارُ إلى دورِ النبي محمد ﷺ وخطتِه لفتح بيت المقدس، مع أنّ تأثيره لا يخفى في الأحداث والوقائع التي أدت إلى فتح تلك البلاد المقدسة. لذا جاء هذا الكتاب ليسلط الضوء على دور النبي محمّد ﷺ في صياغة الفتح الإسلامي الأول لبيت المقدس.
يتناول هذا الكتاب فرضية مفادها أنّ النبي محمدًا ﷺ هو من خططَ بداءةً وأصالةً للفتح الإسلامي لبيت المقدس. ووفق هذه الفرضيّة، فإن أبا بكر الصديق وعمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنهما إنّما قاما بتنفيذ خطة النبي ﷺ وتحقيق مراده. وبناءً على هذه الفرضية، فإن جميع الحملات العسكرية الإسلامية التي سبقت فتح تلك المدينة إنما كانت تطبيقًا لهذه الخطة.

كتيب يدرس الظروف التاريخية التي وقعت في بيت المقدس خلال فترة نزول سورة الروم في الفترة المكية عام 614م، حيث يقارن النص القرآني بالأحداث التي وردت في مصادر تاريخية عاصرت الحدث ليستنتج مستوى الاهتمام القرآني بهذا الحدث باعتباره أول نبوءة قرآنية في التاريخ.

أصل هذه المادة نشر عام 2013م، ولكن نشره في هذا الموضع جاء اضطراراً بعد قيام أ.د. عبدالفتاح العويسي بإعادة نشر مادته التي تحتوي على انتحال علمي من بحوث د. عبدالله معروف عمر في كتاب خاص وترجمته إلى اللغة التركية وإصداره مرة أخرى عام 2017م.. وذلك من باب تأكيد الحق في بيان وجود انتحال واضح في مادته المنشورة المذكورة أعلاه، وكون الانتحال يعد مسألةً علمية غير مقبولة، وأن الإصرار عليه بعد بيانه يعد ثلمةً لا تقبل في حق العلماء.

The whole Middle East region passed through an upheaval and transformation for two weeks in the middle of July 2017. The event, now called: " The uprising of al-Asbat Gate, " not only took place in the heart of Jerusalem, one of the most important cities in the world, but also in the heart of al-Aqsa Mosque, one of the most heated and sensitive spots on earth. Those two weeks could be indeed considered as a milestone in the ongoing clash in the Holy Land.

المقدس مكانة عظيمة حباها الله عز وجل إياها ، حيث جعلها المكان الذي تتمثل فيه البشرية حياتها وتاريخها ،وتختصره فيها بكل ما فيه من تناقضات .... > ومن هنا ...كانت دراسات بيت المقدس _باعتبارها مجالاً علمياً مستقلاً بذاته _لابد منها لفهم حياة البشرية وكيفية مسيرها عبر تاريخها الطويل ،بل وفهم واقعها ومستقبلها .

Prayer is the second pillar of Islam after the testimony of faith. It is the only obligation that all Muslims must perform on a daily basis, regardless of financial, health, work, or other status. As the first Qiblah (direction of prayer) of the Muslims, al-Aqsa Mosque and Bayt al-Maqdis obtain special holiness for Muslims that continues to affect the situation in that region today. This article investigates the classical Islamic references' views on two main aspects that shaped the relationship between Muslim prayer and al-Aqsa Mosque. Namely, the duration of this relationship in the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad, and the alteration of Qiblah from Bayt al-Maqdis to Makkah. This article concentrates mainly on the standard historical and exegetical traditions, since these kinds of classical sources are considered the main sources on which other historical literature on Bayt al-Maqdis, such as the books of Fada'il (virtues) rely. Indeed, identifying the nature and length of this relationship is important, as contemporary Muslims continue to refer to al-Aqsa Mosque in Bayt al-Maqdis as their first Qiblah, even though their main relationship in prayer is with the Ka'bah in Makkah. The reasons for changing the direction of prayer to Makkah have been widely discussed in classical Muslim sources. However, major questions that should have been answered in this context have not been tackled in most of these classical sources. This article studies this issue as was elaborated in Muslim classical sources. It reveals that the Prophet Muhammad prayed towards al-Aqsa Mosque in his lifetime for more than 14 years, a longer period than he prayed towards the Ka'bah. This shows an extensive importance of al-Aqsa Mosque and Bayt al-Maqdis that has been built within Islamic thought since the beginning of Muhammad's Prophethood.

لا يخفى على ذي لب كون التلفزيون والسينما تتربع اليوم على مساحة لا بأس بها من تشكيل الوعي الجمعي تجاه قضية معينة، ذلك أن هذه الوسائل الإعلامية أصبحت تنافس وسائل تناقل المعلومة وتشكيل الوعي التي عرفها البشر على مر قرون طويلة. وفي هذا السياق، تساهم الدراما التلفزيونية بشقيها: الأفلام والمسلسلات دوراً كبيراً في تشكيل الصورة النمطية للمكان، وعندما يتعلق الأمر بالقدس فإن الصورة النمطية التي تقدمها الدراما الغربية وعلى رأسها هوليود تختلف حد التناقض أحياناً مع شبيهاتها في الشرق.
تبحث هذه الورقة في الصورة التي تقدم عن مدينة القدس في الدراما المرئية الشرقية والغربية، وتم اختيار نماذج من أبرز أنواع الدراما المؤثرة في المنطقة العربية المحيطة بالقدس؛ وهي الدراما الأمريكية الممثلة بأفلام هوليود التي تناولت مدينة القدس تاريخاً وواقعاً بل ومستقبلاً بصورة نمطية معينة، والدراما التركية التي تمثلها عدد من المسلسلات والأفلام التي تتناول القدس وإن بشكل غير مباشر، إضافةً إلى الدراما العربية التي تتربع على عرشها كل من الدراما المصرية والسورية سواء في الأفلام أو المسلسلات، حيث تم اختيار نماذج من أعمال درامية تلفزيونية محددة من ك ل من هذه المصادر ودراستها من ناحية المقاربة التاريخية والواقعية، وكيفية تقديم صورة القدس ضمن العمل، مع دراسة كيفية تأثير ذلك على رسم صورة القدس لدى المتلقي وتشكيل هذه الصورة في وعيه.
وفي هذا السياق تم اختيار أعمال أساسيةً مهمة وتقسيمها على فترتين تاريخيتين هما فترة الحروب الصليبية وفترة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الحالي؛ ففي فترة الحروب الصليبية تبرز ثلاثة أعمال مهمة هي: فيلم Kingdom of Heaven (مملكة الجنة) الأمريكي، وفيلم (الناصر صلاح الدين) المصري، ومسلسل (صلاح الدين الأيوبي) السوري. وأما على صعيد واقع القدس اليوم فتم تناول عملين مهمين هما: فيلم World War Z (الحرب العالمية زي) الأمريكي، وفيلم Kurtlar Vadisi Filistin (وادي الذئاب فلسطين) التركي.
The television and the cinema are considered two of the most important tools for creating stereotypes and shaping public awareness of current issue. When it comes to Jerusalem, a typical image of this holy city that is widely spread in western media almost contradicts that presented by the eastern media This paper studies the image of Jerusalem in Eastern and Western media. Some of the effective drama makers have been chosen for this study, namely, American Turkish, Egyptian and Syrian drama producers. Cases of each one of the above-mentioned dramatic works have been studied and compared with the historical and current realty in Jerusalem, in order to study how these work shape the image of the holy city. Five dramatic works that cover two important historical periods in the history of Jerusalem, namely the Crusades and the current Israeli occupation, have been selected for this study. Works that represent the Crusades include the American movie Kingdom of Heaven, the Egyptian movie al-Nasır Salah al-Din and the Syrian Tv Series Salah al-din Ayyubi. As for this current situation in Jerusalem, the American Movie Word War Z and the Turkish movie Kurtlar Vadisi Filistin (The Valley of the Wolves Palestine) have been studied.

Since the time of the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid II, the relationship between the Ottomans and the Jewish communities within the Muslim world has been described as generally positive. However, a number of Arab academics cast claims over the Ottoman role in the Jewish presence in Jerusalem, starting from Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent (Kanuni Sultan Süleyman), who, according to these claims, was the “first Muslim Sultan to allow Jews to reside in Jerusalem”. Other authors claim, contradictory to what many historical sources suggest, that Sultan Abdülhamid II played a role in assisting the Jewish Zionist migration to Palestine by the end of the 19th century. However, historical analyses show that these claims are very much doubtable as there is strong evidence on the presence of a Jewish community in Jerusalem before the Ottoman rule of the city, despite what some academics describe as a ban over Jews from residing in Jerusalem by Caliph Umar Ibn al-Khattab. This paper studies the Jewish presence in Jerusalem before the Ottoman rule and the relationship between the Ottoman authorities and the Jewish community in Jerusalem under the reigns of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and Sultan Abdulhamid II. The paper argues for the Ottoman tolerant approach towards diverse faiths in that holy city.

This book is the first to study the detailed political relationship between the Prophet Muhammad and Jerusalem in a number of Muslim sources.

Usually, the study of this relationship in Muslim sources has always been limited to the oral traditions of the Prophet Muhammad on the virtues of Jerusalem, the Holy Land and al-Aqsa Mosque, in addition to Muhammad’s famous Night Journey. This book takes this issue in a new direction, revealing that the Prophet Muhammad was, in fact, the true planner of the Muslim conquest of Jerusalem that took place five years after his death. This conquest marked a major shift in the history of the Holy Land and changed the face of that region.

This book opens the gate for understanding the way in which the Prophet Muhammad shaped the image of Jerusalem and built its status in the Muslim mind.

يعود أصل الإشكال في هذه المادة إلى عام 2013م حين نشر أ.د. عبدالفتاح العويسي كتاباً مادةً تحمل انتحالاً من مادتين أساسيتين من بحوث د. عبدالله معروف عمر وإصداره في كتاب، وإعادة إصداره مرة أخرى باللغة التركية عام 2017، ولكنه قام في عام 2019 بإعادة نشر المادة المنتحلة في كتاب بعنوان (نظريات ونماذج بيت المقدس) مرة أخرى في إصرارٍ غريب، وزاد في الأمر بنشر مادة في نفس هذا الكتاب فيها هجوم شخصي غير مبرر عليَّ في محاولة استباقية لتشتيت النظر عن الفكرة الأصلية وهي انتحاله فكرتين أساسيتين من بحوث د. عبدالله معروف عمر دون الإشارة إلى المصدر بشكل من الواضح الآن أنه مقصود، ومحاولة التدليس ولفت النظر عن القضية الأساسية بالهجوم الشخصي عليَّ واتهامي بما لا يليق أجبرني على نشر هذه المادة المفصلة التي تحتوي تحديداً للمادة المنتحلة من بحوثي بالتفصيل وبالدلائل القاطعة من البحوث المنشورة بالفعل.. وذلك تأكيداً على أصل القضية التي يحاول د. العويسي حرفها إلى بعض المهاترات الشخصية التي لا تليق بالعلماء، وهو من التدليس المذموم، ولذلك أنشر هذه المادة مفصلةً هنا الآن ابتداءً كون الانتحال يعد مسألةً علمية غير مقبولة، وأن الإصرار عليه بعد بيانه يعد ثلمةً معيبةً لا تقبل في حق العلماء.
متمنياً قيام هيئة تحكيم علمية أكاديمية محترمة بالنظر في هذا الإشكال ورد د. العويسي إلى جادة الصواب ورد الحق إلى نصابه وأصحابه.

بيت المقدس أرض كانت ولا زالت وستبقى تجتذب الأمم المختلفة نحوها، حباً أو طمعاً، رغم أنها ليست أخصب بلاد الأرض ولا أغناها بالثروات على الأقل من الناحية الظاهرية، فلماذا يقتتل عليها البشر؟ وما هو السر الذي جعل هذه الأرض تشغل هذا الحيز من تفكير أبناء آدم، وتشعل فيهم هذه الجذوة؟
هذا الكتاب محاولة لإجابة هذا السؤال.. وهو محاولة لفهم ماذا خسرنا، بل ماذا خسر العالم كله، بضياع بيت المقدس من أيدي أبناء هذه الأمة المسلمة، وهو دعوة لاستشعار خطورة العمل في فكرة استعادتها وتثبيت السيادة عليها، ودور ذلك في الانطلاق العالمي الذي يعمل له كل مسلم غيور على هذا الدين.. ولعل الله تعالى يجعل هذا الكتاب خطوةً مهمةً على طريق تحويل ردّ الفعل إلى فعلٍ مدروس في كل ما يتعلق بهذه الأرض المقدسة، ولبنةً أساسيةً في بناء حضارة أمتنا الثاني وبعثها من جديد.
