The paper presents the new master program "Business software technologies" in Faculty of mathematics and informatics of the University of Plovdiv. The masters program is lead exclusively in English. It is developed in joint effort of "World Wide Education-WWEDU", Wels, Austria. The masters program is for graduates with major in economics, business administration, marketing and management.

In this paper we introduce and consider a new class of cumulative distribution functions. This class belongs to the important class of functions arising from the theory of impulse techniques, neural networks and debugging theory. By this family we study the Hausdorff approximation of the impulse function σ * * (t). Numerical examples, illustrating our results using the programming environment CAS MATHEMATICA are presented.

This paper describes some of the new electronic educational services, provided by the Distributed e-Learning Platform-DisPeL. Learning is empowered though the use of adaptive learning content. Testing examination is facilitated through algorithms to generate unique tests with minimum pre-defined testing questions. Testing examination is supported in multiple languages. These services were successfully used in the Magister's Program "Business Software Technologies" at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at the Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilen-darski".
