日本経団連：2005年政策評価の発表にあたって (2005-10-11)
日本経団連では、政策本位の政治の実現、議会制民主主義の健全な発展、政治資金の透明性向上の観点から、企業の社会的責任の一端としての重要な社会貢献として、企業・団体による政党の政治資金団体への寄付を促進している。 この一環として、経団連の会員企業は、政党の政策評価を参考に、自発的に政治寄付を実施することを申し合わせている(2003年12月)。 この度、2005年政策評価を取りまとめたので、ここに公表する。 １．評価期間 2004年第2次政策評価発表後(2004年9月)、2005年総選挙時点までとした。 ２．評価対象政党 現時点で企業の政治寄付を受け入れる意思を明らかにしている自由民主党と民主党の2党とした。新党については、実質的な活動期間が極めて限定的であることから、今回は評価を避けた。 ３．評価表の構成と示し方 「総評」、「優先政策事項に照らした評価」、「包括的事項の論評」の3部構成とした。

We have introduced new security functions as logging User actions, Ip-Numbers and blocking whole IP-Ranges from Asian and African networks, but some users continued to upload Phishing sites.
