Cebu Technological University had been experiencing scarcity of instructional equipment for the last decade due to budget constraint. To enhance its instruction for the students in refrigeration and air conditioning majors both for industrial technology and mechanical engineering, the study was conducted making use of stock scrap water dispenser. Innovative design, construction and function were validated and results revealed that the design of water dispenser was Highly Acceptable implying that the design meets the required competency (Friedman, 2003). It increases the students’ performances during pre-test (moderately satisfactory and effective) to very satisfactory and highly effective in the post test after having a practical application on the use of the innovative water dispenser. Thus, an innovative design is recommended to be utilized and duplicated for similar use.

This research assessed the barriers among practitioners proficiency in meeting the global needs in this digital age and industry 4.0. The researcher s utilized the descriptive method of research to gather the data needed in this study. The data revealed that refrigeration and air conditioning practitioners were moderately knowledgeable in terms the knowledge, skills and attitudes to safely install the main packaged type air conditioning unit PACU components and units as well as accessories based on manufacturers recommendations. People today experience coolness through the use technology (air conditioners) that produces cooling comfort at homes, at offices and even in cars and buses. More importantly, a simple homeowner needs to select an air conditioner that matches the size of a room to install it in, in order to make full use of its capacity or choose to pay more without following the intention of learning the basics of care and maintenance of the unit. This study also aimed to explore the respondent group's perceptions of the level of acceptability and effectiveness of innovated edge banding trimmer. Moreover, this study utilizes a survey to assess the perception of the faculty and student. The study used the descriptive-normative design to gather facts relevant for achieving the discussion details in planning, designing, and constructing the IEBT. A significant factor in building a strong foundation of an educational system to ensure quality education is Faculty Development Program. This research was directed to Golden Success College, Incorporated (GSCI), Philippines during the Academic Year 2020-2021. Data were gathered thru the use of online questionnaires with 150 respondent-students and 40 respondent-teachers from GSCI, Cebu City and GSCI, Metro Manila, a total of 190 respondents. The data gathered were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. Findings showed that most students got a Satisfactory academic performance. Based on this significance, the authors assessed the work centrality and working values of real estate practitioners in established Asian countries. Based on the findings, in terms of work centrality, Japan was rated high on work centrality as very important in six life aspects among the five countries, followed by Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Myanmar. Being the frontline state university in Central Visayas, Cebu Technological University (CTU) adheres to the 16 theories of Tech-voc training to make the school a replica of the industry. This study determined the status of material resource in refrigeration and air conditioning technology at CTU systems. Research has been a buzz word in Philippine education, especially in HEI’s. This study was conducted to determine the barriers that undermined the research activities of the post-graduate students. A total number of 136 students were selected as respondents. The instruments used in this study consisted of a set of questionnaires containing 36 question items in perceived research barriers using 5 point likert scales and checklists for demographic profiles. The reliability value (Cronbach’s alpha) instrument for all variables obtained an alpha value exceeding 0.60. The results of the study were analyzed using descriptive statistics that derived means, standard deviations and correlation coefficient.
