In different cities and towns of Ethiopia, solid waste is a major environmental problem. Woldya town also face the challenges of solid waste management. Effective and efficient solid waste management in a town is a mandatory to ensure human and animal health and also to ensure clean and sound able environment in urban development. The aim of this study is to assess challenges and opportunities for improvement of solid waste management services in Woldya town. Interviews, questionnaires and observation were the major tools used for data gathering. The data were analyzed using tables, percentages, pie chart followed by explanation. In Woldya town the residents use illegal methods of solid waste disposal; this includes burning, open dump and ditch. The key challenges of solid waste management services in the town are lack of Awareness, lack of manpower, lack of facilities and financial constraints. The communities recommended that solid waste management can be improved through community participation, increasing funding, create awareness and encourage waste minimization. This study recommends environmental education related to solid waste management plays a great role to promote attitudinal change of the community and strong community participation, improve institutional capacity, strengthen financial capacity, promote private sector participation and preparing disposal site for solid waste

This research aims to examine the impact of celebrity endorsement on Political Parties and its influence on electorates to vote for a particular Party’s candidate. The mediating role of Political Brand Credibility (PBC) and Political Brand Equity (PBE) towards Voting Intention (VI) relationships were also examined. The study’s conceptual framework was developed using The Source Credibility, The Associative Network Memory Model, and the Brand Signalling Theory. Primary survey data was collected online and analysed through Structural Equation Modelling. Findings suggest that Endorser Credibility has a direct positive significant relationship with Political Brand Credibility. However, there is no significant direct correlation between Endorser Credibility and Political Brand Equity and Voting Intention. Nevertheless, indirect relationship was established. Findings from the study has proven that the endorsement of celebrities alone does not necessarily influence electorates to vote for political candidates, rather the Credibility of the Party and its Equity play a pivotal role with regards to the Voting Intention of voters. Practically, this study has given us insights into the endorsement of celebrities of political candidates, which the Political Party leaders should consider before bringing on board any celebrity to endorse their candidates. Future research opportunity and limitations were also discussed.

This study aims to determine: 1) the planning of the implementation of integrated quality management at the Tazkia Islamic Institute. 2). Implementation and implementation Implementation of integrated quality management at the Tazkia Islamic Institute. 3). Analysis and evaluation of the implementation of integrated quality management at the Tazkia Islamic Institute. This research uses case study method, data collection is done through interviews, observation and review of documents, data sources obtained through informants, photos and documents. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data display and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate that 1). Integrated quality management planning at the Tazkia Islamic Institute begins with mapping the condition of the institution and conducting an analysis to map the institution with the principles of CITB (fast, coordinated, complete, quality). 2). The implementation of integrated quality management is carried out after going through a measurable planning process by preparing management financing and human resource support capacity, implementation begins with the following steps: implementing quality management with administrative processes so that it can implement management of higher education as a whole, developing the concept of quality integration with standard learning processes and curricula, linking integrated quality management with university research processes high level, synergizing academic processes by equating the vision and mission of the institution. 3). Supervision of the implementation of quality management at the Tazkia Islamic Institute is carried out by the chancellor by involving other university leaders, namely the vice chancellor, directors, deans and heads of study programs and division heads.

The article examines the literary fate of the famous Russian writer, Nobel Prize winner Ivan Bunin, a bright face of Russian émigré literature, and his place in the first wave of Russian émigré literature. It is noted that the work of Ivan Bunin, one of the last magnates of classical Russian literature, has almost always been in the focus of literary criticism. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, especially in the post-Soviet space, the writer's work is involved in research from all sides, his works are carefully studied. The article touches upon the life and work of the writer who, after the October Revolution, went abroad, not reconciling with the new ideology. In the first years of emigration, it was emphasized that the controversy surrounding his work, as well as the critical views of proletarian critics and bourgeois literary critics, could not overshadow Bunin's work. It is noted that throughout his creative activity I. Bunin continued the traditions of classical Russian literature, enriched world literature with many priceless works. He created artistic images of his contemporaries-people of all social strata, both in prerevolutionary Russia and in emigration. As a writer and intellectual, Bunin senses the types of people who play an important role in the destinies of Russia and the world, and represents them in his works. His prose is also distinguished by harmony, fluidity, rhythm, artistic perfection, expressive means and mysterious descriptions. Moreover, since the 1990s, a lot of research has been carried out on the turbulent life and rich creative path of the writer, but "unexplored pages" of Bunin's personality and work have remained. There are still unexplored pages of his work as a master of the word, who conquered the heights of literature and left his name in world literature.

In recent years there has been a growing interest in people on the autism spectrum but also the impact it has on their families, both in terms of the cohesion and relationship that develops between its members and its emotional intelligence. The aim of this work is through the literature review a) to depict the emotional intelligence of families with a person on the autism spectrum b) to present the research findings c) to present the factors that affect the emotional intelligence of families.

This article tries to examine one of the challenges that the regime of Solominonic Dynasty of Emperor Haile Selassie faced in the Southern parts of Ethiopia (post of Ethiopian independence); and the triggering causes that fueled to the decline of Feudalism and Emperorship period in Ethiopian History around 1970s. The post-liberation period of 1941 Ethiopia witnessed growing opposition among peasants in different parts of the country against Haile Selassie"s regime thereby giving the opposition a broader dimension. Peasant revolts, although on a small scale, were especially numerous in the southern territories, where the imperial government had traditionally rewarded its supporters with land grants thereby reducing the indigenous peasantry into tenancy. Among those Southern rebellion groups,the Bale peasant uprising presented the most serious challenge to the Ethiopian government. Initially, rebel groups conducted hit-and-run raids against military garrisons and police stations separately. The causes of the uprising were multifaceted. The indigenous peasants largely became tenants on their own land after the introduction of the Qalladland measurement in 1951. Likewise, peasants also suffered from religious antagonism which reached to unprecedented level after the appointment of Christian man of WarquEnquselassie as governor of the Muslimareas of Balein 1963. Further, the Somali government extended material and moral support to the rebels as part of its strategy of reestablishing a "Greater Somalia". The rebellion ended in 1970s after some of its popular leaders including WaqoGutu surrendered to government forces due to the mediation role played by General JagamaKello.

This article is a systematization of experiences related to inclusive education. From which the Universidad del Atlántico has been a leader in knowledge, promoting the development and transformation of the Caribbean region. Through a critical interpretation of this experience in its reconstruction, to understand the phenomenon, discover, and explain the logic of the process, the factors that have intervened in it, how they have related to each other and why they have done it in that way and not another. The systematizations of experiences involve a reflection on the practice, recapitulate what has been done, to relate it to other experiences or theoretical constructs that support or sustain it. It is a search for logic of meaning through the pertinent theorization with the developed actions. Once the results were obtained, a validation of them was conducted through a traffic light. For the indicators measured in the different scales (frequency, recognition, and existence), the percentage of people who had a favorable response was calculated and based on this percentage, the traffic light was obtained, achieving some results with which they triangle with the experiences conducted and the theoretical foundations. The scope of this research, established as a defined purpose for the educational community of the Universidad del Atlántico to take a critical approach to the experiences developed from an institutional project. Which accounts for learning that contributes to improving them, with the aim of contributing to a critical dialogue between the actors of educational processes?
