Oleksii is CEO and one of the co-founders of CodeIT alongside other successful projects in the field of information technology and the gaming industry. Under his leadership, CodeIT has grown from a small web agency to a serious player in the professional software development and digital services market. It grew up to 200+ people on board, and gained rewards as Top-rated Upwork agency 2015, 2016, 2018 and Member of the Clutch 500.
Since 2007, Oleksii has been helping businesses with their software development needs. And based on his collaboration experience in working with tech startups, in CodeIT company, he instilled a strategy of developing each product as our own.
In 2018, Oleksii became a member of The Supervisory Board in IT Cluster, a non-government organization that unites the technology business community in Kharkiv.
Yuriy is Strategic Manager and one of the co-founders of CodeIT.
Yuriy has 17 years of experience in managing the company’s R&D, keeping track of the technological trends and identifying potential opportunities and risks for the businesses. Throughout the entire existence of CodeIT, Yuriy has been helping companies - both startups and enterprises - to reach their goals with the use of technological resources.
Yuriy holds a master's degree in Business Intelligence and Statistics from Lumière Lyon 2 University (France).
Andrew is Chief Business Development Officer at CodeIT. With a deep technical background, Andrew has grown from a .Net Developer, Project Manager to a Business Development specialist. In 2017, he led the Sales Department at CodeIT. 7 years of experience and expertise in product development from A to Z, allowed Andrew to become a highly professional specialist who will always come to the aid of a client in need of a technological solution.
Andrew earned his master's degree in Computer Application from Kharkiv National University. At the moment, he is actively sharing his knowledge as the speaker at many conferences and meetings, thus supporting the Ukrainian IT community.
Oleksandr is the Business Healthcare Director at CodeIT with 10+ years of experience in IT sales management and business consulting.
He defines a strategy for developing services for the healthcare and fintech industries. He understands business leaders' challenges while integrating and incorporating changes and new IT solutions into their businesses.
In the healthcare sector, Oleksandr focuses on building compliant solutions that adhere to industry regulations and standards. Creativity, lateral thinking, client orientation, attention to detail, and focus and clarity are just some of the qualities Oleksandr contributes to our software development partners.
Maryna is the chief business development manager at CodeIT and is responsible for the company's activities in Western Europe. With over nine years of experience in the IT industry, she specializes in building solutions for the manufacturing industry. Maryna holds a master's degree in automation engineering technology.
Her responsibilities include developing service programs and attracting new customers in the region. Maryna also determines the development strategy of the company's services in emerging markets and oversees its implementation.
Andrii began his collaboration with CodeIT in 2015 as a Legal Adviser. And in 2018 he took the position of Chief Legal Officer. He oversees the legal activities of the company and acts as a Lawyer In Corporate and International Law.
Since 2008, Andrii has worked as a lawyer in a number of large Ukrainian technology companies, providing full legal support in multiple international projects. Since 2017, Andrii has taken the position of Legal Committee Member in Kharkiv IT Cluster, a non-governmental organization whose activities are aimed at popularizing the IT business in Ukraine.
In February 2022 Teimuraz became the COO of CodeIT after 3 successful years in a Head of Delivery position. During that time he established many significant processes that helped CodeIT grow as a company. He has 11+ years of experience in managing software engineering organizations with up to 200 employees and 8+ years of experience in hands-on software development in C ++ and C #.
Thanks to the rich practical experience in using technologies and implementing projects for companies from various industries, Teimuraz was able to ensure the high quality of the services provided to customers. Successful delivery, productivity increase, and our partners’ growth are the key factors of his motivation. During the collaboration with CodeIT, Teimuraz contributed to the expansion of the company’s business related to rapidly developing industries, innovative technologies, and solutions.
Teimuraz holds a master’s degree in Computer Programming and Computer Software from Sumy State University.
Oleksandr has been collaborating with CodeIT since 2007 as a Solutions Architect who is specialized in the LAMP stack. His passion for teaching innovations allowed him to grow to the Chief Technical Officer position in 2018.
With a master’s degree in Systems Analysis and Applied Mathematics, Oleksandr has a long career in programming, including 8 years of experience in architecture design of high-load web applications and 16-year experience as a PHP developer. His expertise also includes system administration of Linux-based platforms.
As CTO at CodeIT, Oleksandr is responsible for managing the activities of technology development teams, providing technical consulting services, and accelerating technology development.
Iryna is responsible for driving the delivery and migration of CodeIT projects. With over 11 years of experience, she ensures end-to-end delivery to meet customer needs and maintains customer relationships within her span of control.
Iryna holds a Ph.D. in economics and is a professional Scrum master. She has extensive experience managing large teams of over 30 people and supporting CodeIT teams in planning and executing project build, release, and testing, enabling best-in-class performance. Also, she is responsible for implementing best practices in project management and continuously improving processes.
Valeriy is the head of the Project Management Office (PMO) at CodeIT. He has 20+ years of experience in the IT niche, including 14+ years of team management.
Valeriy is an expert in leading teams, processes organization, and new directions development to meet and exceed operational and strategic goals. He is an out-of-the-box thinker with strong technical expertise.
As a PMO at CodeIT, Valeriy is responsible for leading project managers and managing PM office operations. He is actively sharing his knowledge. Valeriy was a trainer in several local IT schools (PM courses). He is one of the organizers of the “Pow-Wow PM Conference” in Kharkiv.
Tetiana is a Delivery Manager at CodeIT with 9+ years of experience in Project Management.
Tetiana is responsible for project management as a whole: design and prioritization, task execution planning, control, communication, as well as prompt problem-solving. The main duty and responsibility are to bring the customer's idea to implementation on time using existing resources. As part of this task, Tetiana needs to build a development plan, organize the team, set up the process of working on the project, provide feedback between the teams and the customer, eliminate obstacles for the teams, control the quality and delivery of the product on time.
Yulia has been with CodeIT since 2018 and is now a Delivery Manager. She ensures projects meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget. Previously, she worked as a product owner and business analysis lead, specializing in project documentation, wireframe creation, and process optimization.
With 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Yulia has worked on large-scale projects in e-commerce, fintech, enterprise, and gaming. Her extensive background has equipped Yuliia with the skills to drive project success and innovation.
She also teaches BA courses at AdvanceIT and the School of IT Professionals "ProfIT," and is a regular speaker at ITEA MeetUp, sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise.
Serhii is Delivery Manager at CodeIT. Having more than 12 years of experience in the software development industry, Serhii is responsible for the timely delivery of solutions to our customers. Despite the focus on the end result, Serhii supervises the end-to-end relationships with clients through the whole software project lifecycle.
Oleksii is Backend Department Lead at CodeIT. He has 16+ years of experience working as a backend engineer and building custom solutions from scratch to meet the project requirements. His professional experience includes the following general skills: Backend Web development (PHP), DB development (MySQL), NoSQL DB development (SOLR, Sphinx, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Redis, Memcache), Front End Web development (JavaScript). He shares his knowledge as a speaker at local tech meetups and conferences.
Andrii is Front End Technical Lead at CodeIT with 14+ years of experience in front-end web development. His expertise includes the full technology stack, from CSS3 animations and different JS frameworks, libraries to the database, mostly focused on JS coding, testing, and support.
Andrii has participated in the launch of long-term projects and created high-level web apps with well-thought architecture, clean and readable code.
Tetiana is Front End Technical Lead at CodeIT with 15+ years of experience in web programming.
Her professional experience includes the following general skills: front end web development (JavaScript),
DB development, internet application (ASP.NET).
As a Technical Lead, Tetiana is responsible for mentoring and leading the team to ensure on-time delivery of the agreed task, and training team members.
Anton is Software Test Engineering Technical Lead at CodeIT with 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
As a Technical Lead, Anton is responsible for assuring that software products are created and delivered to customers with the highest possible level of quality through various software verification and validation activities. Anton has vast experience and certifications: Completion Jmeter Pro course and Taurus course from Blazemeter academy, proven expertise in PostgreSQL, Test Management for Jira, Oracle VM VirtualBox, API testing.
Yuliia is an Mobile Technical Lead at CodeIT with 8+ years of experience in software development. She has been dedicating the last 5+ years of professional experience to Mobile Development.
Yuliia’s professional expertise includes the following general skills: Android development (Java, Kotlin) and Flutter development (Dart) for iOS, Android, Desktop (macOS, Windows), and Web. Also, she has expertise in front-end and back-end development (JavaScript, ASP.NET, PHP).
As a Technical Lead, Yuliia supports and mentors the team to ensure the high quality of the product and encourages team members to use the proven top-notch technologies.
