The solidification and methodological activations in peace and healing components of mediation, as well conflict resolution, have constant proof and holistic quality to the university-level academy and local community organizations with the goal of expanded collaborations or economic enterprise. The cause and effect, comparative analysis of restorative practices in this research focuses on the accessibility, transport effectiveness, and viability to peace centers and their approximation to enhance the business model. Safe-spaces, peace-centers, and partnership development is central to the structuring and recognized curriculum course work for students, staff, and faculty for the dissemination of these practices, which is identified, “restorative practices,” that have enshrined the involvement for neutral party negotiations. Then peace movement and education obtained from gaining harm-free methods, more practically known to be, “Civil Rights Demonstrations,” as a form of civil disobedience/ protest have historic and metaphysical transcendence unmistakable to large and apportioned subgroups, clubs, faculty, and students alike as inclusionary methods. We will highlight a wide array of events and best, “restorative practices” ranging from community healing circles to contract negotiations.
