One of them is known as " Nevruz " , and another one is known as " HÕdÕrellez ". Although these two days bear different names and celebrated on different months and days, when one looks closely at what have been done on both them are similar, even they are same. UNESCO and Shared Intangible Cultural Heritages in Turkic World Abstract: UNESCO was established immediately after the World War II by Turkey and other member countries of UN in 1945. The main aim of this organization is to establish and maintain sustainable peace, tolerance and respect the other societies in the world. As a sub organization of United Nation, the meaning of UNESCO is United Nation Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. Since its establishment, UNESCO has been conveyed number of international convention in the areas of responsibilities, and Turkey has been one of the UN members ratified and become party to many of those conventions. One of the most important cultural conventions for Turkic world opened for signature of the UN member states is " The Convention of the Safeguarding Intangible Culture Heritage " which was entered in 2003, and Turkey ratified it 2006. Since the first day of this convention, it has been ratified by 176 UN member countries. It has not been ratified by the countries that are the producer of popular culture and the countries in fear of their federal government structures. On the other hand, all the Turkic world countries have ratified and become a party to this cultural convention. This cultural convention of UNESCO on intangible cultural heritage is very important for safeguarding intangible cultural heritage and passing it to new generations in Turkic world. In this paper, first I would like to provide some general information on the convention of safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage. The second, I would like to discuss the possibility of registrations to the UNESCO ICH Liststhe shared intangible cultural elements among Turkic countries. In conclusion part of my paper, I will provide information on the future collaborations for the possibility of registration to UNESCO ICH Lists the new ICH elements from Turkic world, and also discuss the problems and proposed solutions to them while working on the file preparation process.

Abstract Due to their capacity of carrying ancient beliefs, having symbolic meanings and being easy to keep in mind, colors and the words used as their names have important roles in transmitting the cultural heritage and the belief systems of a nation or a society. It should be pointed out that the colors related to ancient belief systems and lifestyle of a nation still carry on the deep rooted conceiving as a cultural heritage every time Ege Üniversitesi, TDAE, Türk Halk Bilimi ABD, mekici@yahoo.com

Abstract The aim of this article is to present Alevi " ocaks " of Diyarbakir region and the present-day situation of these " ocaks ". In this direction, this paper gives an outline of findings about them and a general evaluation of Alevi " ocaks " in the region. In the historical course of Alewism and " ocaks " in the region, their domains from past to present day in the context of the relationship between the spiritual leader (" dede ") and aspirant, and their current status and places they have been spread on as a result of migrations have been attempted to be enlightened by using written and oral sources. During our fieldwork, it is seen that spiritual leader (“dede”) and aspirant communities which are members of Alevi “ocaks” in the region have been spread out by migrations over a large area of Anatolia. As a result, considering that determination of contemporary ritual conditions of spiritual leader (“dede”) and aspirant communities in question situated in places outside of Diyarbakir region, only short evaluations of this matter are done and the names of locations where Alevis have been spread out are given. Within this scope, first of all, it is determined that the distribution of spiritual leader (“dede”) and aspirant communities that are members of Alevi “ocaks” in the region as “Villages connected to the center and districts of Diyarbakir” and as “Places outside of Diyabakir Province’s boundaries” formed as a result of migrations. Second of all, it is discussed if spiritual leader (“dede”) and aspirant communities that are members of Alevi “ocaks” in the region have been kept old bonds after those migrations, and in this context how much they are able to preserve their traditional structures

Abstract
The aim of this article is to present Alevi " ocaks " of Diyarbakir region and the present-day situation of these " ocaks ". In this direction, this paper gives an outline of findings about them and a general evaluation of Alevi " ocaks " in the region. In the historical course of Alewism and " ocaks " in the region, their domains from past to present day in the context of the relationship between the spiritual leader (" dede ") and aspirant, and their current status and places they have been spread on as a result of migrations have been attempted to be enlightened
by using written and oral sources. During our fieldwork, it is seen that spiritual leader
(“dede”) and aspirant communities which are members of Alevi “ocaks” in the region have
been spread out by migrations over a large area of Anatolia. As a result, considering that
determination of contemporary ritual conditions of spiritual leader (“dede”) and aspirant
communities in question situated in places outside of Diyarbakir region, only short evaluations
of this matter are done and the names of locations where Alevis have been spread
out are given. Within this scope, first of all, it is determined that the distribution of spiritual
leader (“dede”) and aspirant communities that are members of Alevi “ocaks” in the region as
“Villages connected to the center and districts of Diyarbakir” and as “Places outside of Diyabakir
Province’s boundaries” formed as a result of migrations. Second of all, it is discussed if
spiritual leader (“dede”) and aspirant communities that are members of Alevi “ocaks” in the
region have been kept old bonds after those migrations, and in this context how much they
are able to preserve their traditional structures
