Rest Of World
editDo we know if there's going to be a rest of world section with clubs from other uncovered leagues like in the last few games? Kingfisherswift 10:56, 28 August 2006 (UTC)
In every version but Nintendo DS.Apple1013 14:05, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
If the Hurricanes (from the TV show) were a real team, would they be considered a part of the Rest Of World league?Apple1013 20:58, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
DS version?
editisn't there a DS version coming out as well? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Pirate16 (talk • contribs) 13:33, August 31, 2006.
Clean-up
editI don't think it's really useful to have lists of all the leagues, stadia etc, present in the game. It even states that only one of the leagues and two of the stadia are new. Anyway, lists of the leagues and stadia are something you'd find on GameFAQs, the instruction manual, the back of the box, or a very in-depth review. Not the sort of thing for Wikipedia, I think. Fin©™ 15:10, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
- I think that it is relevent to have the stadia, leagues and soundtrack on this article. These are all key features of the game and are notable for that reason. Normy132 03:32, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
- I disagree. While they may have been key features when they were first introduced in a FIFA game, their continued existance in FIFA 07 does not make them notable. Likewise for the soundtrack, nobody buys a game based on the songs they might hear. As I've said before, lists of such things are not suitable for Wikipedia - if you're going to include the leagues and stadia, why not include a list of all players? While I'm definitely not suggesting doing that, that's how I see the logic. Fin©™ 07:08, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
- I also think it should be in this article, no reason why it shouldn't be. This is not about why someone buys a game, but an encylopedia article about this game, and it should be consistant between the previous FIFA series articles. Laughing Man 14:24, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
- I think the list of songs is relevant enough to be in the topic. As an avid EA Games and FIFA fan I was interested in knowing what songs would be in it this time---after all, you hear the soundtrack everytime you play the game. - John Jacques 15:49, 28 September 2006 (GMT)
No Holland.. again!
editWhat is the deal with this?.. on the last game the Dutch national side wasn't included but their home league was... on the 07 game its the same.. does anybody know why? thanks. - Deathrocker 16:22, 29 September 2006 (UTC)
- It's got something to do with the governing body of soccer in the Netherlands. I'm not sure why but I know not many people are happy about it. Normy132 09:10, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
Its the same with the Japanese national side again too. Hmm. - Deathrocker 15:32, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
Why don't EA force this issue on the governing body of the Netherlands? Holland is one of the best team in the world we need them in the game.
It's all to do with copyright it's all right getting the copyright for the players but for the kits it's a little diffrent. When the game- makers EA asked them their probable answer was 'no'.
i find it totally reversed for my home land Australia i would like to Melbourne Victory as one of the rest of world teams but we have our stupid country instead.
They are on what are you talking about?? "Netherlands1" NEW INCLUSION! WHAT IS THIS MADNESS D. BULL 12:27, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
I wish they were on cause they have the rawest uniforms of any national team
This situation is because holland did not sell their copyright to FIFA in time for the earlier releases, and Neither did Japan, with their rights belonging to Konami, thusly why the Japan team can be found on Konami games Chaza93 19:49, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
Young Love - Discotech
editFixed a song title that originally read "Dis" into its correct title, Discotech. Also, I may just add the Young Love wikipedia page so that the link works. They've only made four songs, but I'll be damned if Discotech ain't catchy XD - John Jacques
Where is the Czech Republic?
editAnyone know why they were not included?
Created Club limits
editFIFA 2002 was NOT limited to two created clubs at a time, it was limited to two edited clubs at a time.Apple1013 20:52, 14 October 2006 (UTC) The actual limit for created clubs was 16.
Created Clubs
editLet me get this straight, all created clubs don't start at the premiership right away (if there is a premiership)? Apple1013 19:29, 24 October 2006 (UTC) Not true, when you're choosing a team for career mode, you have to choose a team for your created team to replace. Wherever league they were placed is where your created team starts - —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bolberto (talk • contribs)
national teams on Xbox 360 version
editIt seems some national teams were left out on the Xbox 360 version as they are supposed to be only 38 as opposed to 41 in the other versions. Does anyone have the list of which teams were left out of the 360 version? // Laughing Man 20:13, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- I found this on a not-so-reliable source so maybe someone can confirm this in the game? Differences from our current list:
Removed: Bulgaria China Ecuador Ghana Paraguay Romania Russia Slovenia Uruguay
Added: Czech Republic Ivory Coast Japan Holland
// Laughing Man 23:38, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
- Since there is no response, I have updated article with a note that the current list does not include differences in the Xbox 360 version. // Laughing Man 18:35, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
Wii
editIs there going to be a version of Fifa 07 for the nntendo wii
- The GC game version is already playable on the Wii, and the PS2 version is playable on the PS3 as well. JustN5:12 19:52, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
LDV Vans Trophy
editThis trophy is now re-named 'Johnstons Paint Trophy'
In the Stadiums section of this article it states that the LDV Vans Trophy is to be played at Wembley Stadium. This year it is scheduled for the Millenium Stadium, Cardiff and could be for years to come —Preceding unsigned comment added by (username) (talk • contribs)
Yes but the game was made prior to the start of this season. It is difficult to select a stadium and just keep changing it every season, it will be at wembley next season though Chaza93 19:42, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
Create players
editIs it available to create players and teams in FIFA 2007? Morris Munroe 17:34, 14 January 2007 (UTC)

In revision to my previous comment, i will attampe to find out Chaza93 20:24, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
I meant could somebody add it on the page, gosh
Would know what would be cool
editIf we made a section on this that translates what each cup is in the game as to what it is in real life
ie:
English Cup - FA Cup
League Cup - Carling Cup
ECC - UEFA Champions League
etc.
Good idea, although the Carling Cup is only under the name by sponsor, it is actually just the Football League Cup Chaza93 19:39, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
Keepers
editIS it possible to get goalkeepers injured or booked, etc.
Montenegrins play in Serbian national team ???
editIn Serbian national team in Fifa 07 you may find Vucinic, Basa, Batak etc. although they are Montenegrins.
The fact being that FIFA's rules enable Montenergins to play for serbia and vice-versa. Because the country split, as shown here

Hope this will be solved in fifa 08
Unlicenced teams?
editWhy in game PAOK is called Thessaloniki and has strange logo. Also some other teams don’t have original name/logo. Why Italian league has logo which is not used in Serie A , and looks like modified Italian flag? Is all this because of lack of licenses?Stefke (talk) 22:46, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
- That's right. Compared to what NASCAR delivered to their exclusive license, FIFA sent much of the contents that were allowed to be licensed. I guess that they were not really tasking it to the other leagues and possibly, the Polish League.--BoeingRuleOfThe9th-700 (talk) 05:42, 19 September 2009 (UTC)
Unlicensed players
editI have the original Xbox version and so far I've found there is no Marco Materazzi and no Adrian Mutu as well. Are there any other players that I missed? By the way I'm new to Wikipedia Editing so bear with me. Christian91887 (talk) 17:56, 20 June 2008 (UTC)
Cover Image
editCan someone please replace the current cover image as that is for the North American release only rather than the international release which features Ronaldinho and Wayne Rooney.
According to vgchartz.com the best selling version of FIFA 07 was the PSP version which sold more than 3-times as many copies in Europe as it did in the USA so the international cover should take priority over the North American one. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.194.245.224 (talk) 20:04, 4 October 2008 (UTC)
The Leagues
editPlease don't delete the leagues anymore... Everyone has heard about the FIFA games, and how can a person buy the game if he/she doesn't know the content? Be serious... and with Wikipedia is not a guide: this is not a kind of guide, it's the content of the game! --Tiberiu Balint (talk) 16:55, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
