- Not a violation of the username policy. Real names are permitted except when they imply that the editor is a specific living person they are not. Consider filing a report at the conflict of interest noticeboard. It looks like the user confused creating an article with creating an account. If they are the named person, the username is fine(though a bit odd with the parenthetical part). - Declined First, the user appears to be on a /64, which should not be taken to imply by itself they are deliberately hopping IPs. Second, they haven't been warned in five days—contrary to what too many people here may think, it is not self-evident from being reverted that you're doing something wrong, at least not to new editors. Third, not all of their edits have been reverted (although you are right that most of those have been on the article in question. Fourth, if they are a sock, who are they a sock of?
