red links and edit summaries

I happened to notice this edit of yours. Two issues there - the Help:Edit summary only says something is being added, but something was actually being removed. Please describe edits more accurately, or better yet just split up different sets of changes in different edits. Secondly, please don't remove WP:Red links to villages, because they have a potential to become articles.
