 PRESENTACIÓN

En este programa se presentan contenidos estructurales avanzados que corresponden al estudio de la lengua inglesa. Por las características del
curso, tiempo y duración, sólo se trabajará de manera estructural, es decir, se presentarán los contenidos gramaticales de manera escrita con un
soporte práctico, elaborado por el instructor, que se tomará en cuenta como parte de la evaluación de este curso.

El programa incluye 8 temáticas referentes a los siguientes tópicos:

1. Introducción del curso y primeros acercamientos hacia el idioma inglés

2. Present Tenses in English
3. Past Tenses in English
4. Future Tenses in English
5. Active voice, Passive voice and Reported speech.
6. Reading techniques and strategies.
7. Reading comprehension activities
8. Reading comprehension activities.

Estas temáticas se abordarán a lo largo de 8 sesiones de trabajo con una duración de 5 horas cada una, mismas que en algún
caso podrán incluir más horas de estudio dependiendo del tema que se esté abordando. Esto se detallará en el apartado
correspondiente.
 JUSTIFICACIÓN

Este programa se diseñó ante la necesidad de capacitación en un grupo de estudiantes de la escuela normal “Suárez Trujillo” los
cuales cursan la maestría en Docencia para Bachillerato y es necesario que conozcan los contenidos gramaticales esenciales de
la lengua inglesa para la comprensión de textos en esta lengua.
Se persigue que los jóvenes adquieran los aspectos indispensables del idioma inglés para poder desempeñarse con efectividad
cuando se encuentren ante textos en esta lengua en cualquier ámbito de su vida escolar, laboral y personal.
 OBJETIVOS

Con este curso se persigue que los capacitandos (estudiantes), enfoquen su aprendizaje en los siguientes rubros:

• Asimilar los conocimientos básicos de la lengua inglesa para la comprensión de textos.

• Fortalecer las habilidades básicas del español que les permitan un mejor desempeño en la comprensión de textos en
inglés.
• Desarrollar las competencias necesarias en cuanto a técnicas, estrategias y metodología para poder comprender textos en
lengua inglesa en cualquier ámbito de su vida, escolar, laboral o personal.
• Se les proporcionará a los capacitandos material didáctico (lecturas) seleccionado por el instructor con el objetivo de que
practiquen la comprensión de los textos y puedan comprenderlos de la mejor manera en cualquier ámbito de su vida.
 DIRIGIDO A

• Estudiantes normalistas de la Maestría en Docencia para Bachillerato de la Escuela Normal “Manuel Suárez Trujillo” de la
ciudad de Xalapa Veracruz.
