Clindamicina Nombre comercial: Dalacin

Mecanismo de Acción: Se une a las subunidades 50S de los ribosomas bacterianos, inhibiendo la
síntesis de proteínas.
Actúa como bactericida o bacteriostático dependiendo del lugar de acción o la susceptibilidad del
microorganismo. .

Espectro antimicrobiano:
Staphylococcus aureus
Streptococcus pyogenes
Staphylococcus epidermidis
Streptococcus pneumoniae

Resistente: Staphylococcus faecalis.

Dosis:
Adultos: 150-450 mg cada 6 horas, ingeridos con un vaso de agua
Niños mayores a 10 kg: 8-20 mg/kg/día en 3 o 4 dosis iguales cada 6 u 8 horas, dependiendo de la gravedad de
la infección

Efectos adversos:

Sabor desagradable en la boca

Contraindicaciones:
Vomito
Enfermedad inflamatoria pélvica
Trombocitopenia
Apendicitis Pacientes con enfermedad inflamatoria del intestino.

Mecanismo de Acción: Inhibe la topoisomerasa IV y el ADN girasa bacteriano introduciendo

pliegues helicoidales que actúan rompiendo las cadenas del cromosoma bacteriano:

Espectro antimicrobiano:
.Es un antibiótico de amplio espectro con actividad contra bacterias gram positivas y gram
negativas y organismos atípicos, como por ejemplo las cepas resistentes a la penicilina del
Streptococcus pneumoniae

Dosis:
Adultos: 500mg por vía oral cada 24 horas durante 7 a 14 días según la gravedad y características de la
infección.
En vía intravenosa se administra 500 mg en una infusión de 60 minutos una vez cada 24 horas durante 7 a 14
días.

Mecanismo de acción: Antibiótico bactericida que actúa inhibiendo la síntesis de la pared

celular bacteriana al unirse a las proteínas ligandos de la penicilina “PBPs”

Espectro antimicrobiano:

Es un antibiótico de amplio espectro con actividad contra bacterias gram

positivas y gram negativas entre las cuales tenemos la enterobacteriáceae,
Neisseria gonorrhoeae,N Meningitidis, E, coli, Haemophilus influenzae.

Dosis:
Adultos: 1-2 gramos/IV/IM cada 24 horas, dependiendo de la gravedad de la infección. Dosis máxima 4 gramos
al día
Niños: 50-75mg7kg/dia /IV/IM divididos en dos dosis. Dosis máxima 2g/dia

Efectos adversos:
Nausea
Vomito
Indicaciones:
