The aims of this study are to know the effect of plant media composition, concentration of Growmoreleave manure, and interaction between both of them to quality and growth of Mahoni Seedlings. This study was conducted in the permanent seedling nursery forest plant seed centre of Maros regency South Sulawesi from December 2016 to March 2017. The data analysis were using Random Factorial Design with two factors and 5 times testing. First factor was plant media composition between The object observation in this study were growth of height seedling, diameter, number of leaves, top root ratio, and seed quality index. Then, data was analized by analysis of variance and further tested by Duncan's (DMRT) with significant level of 5%. The result of this study shown that plant media composition with soil : compost : charcoal husk (1:2:1) and concentration growmore8 g/l gave the better effect than other treatments in height, diameter and number of leaves mahoni seedling.
