Palabras clave: ciudadanía – paridad – injusticia reproductiva – aborto – invisibilidad. Abstract The aim of this paper is to reveal the reproductive injustice and undermining of civil rights to which women in Argentina are subjected, while framing our analysis in the justice categories put forward by Nancy Fraser.

junto con un equipo interdisciplinario conformado por investigadores/as de diferentes instituciones preocupados/as por el conflicto ético que se genera frente a la objeción de conciencia en el ámbito de la salud sexual y reproductiva. Sus autores son la Dra. Florencia Luna (FLACSO-CONICET), la Dra. Soledad Deza (USPT), la Dra Sonia Ariza (Universidad de Palermo), Dra. Betina Cuñado (FLACSO), el Dr. Marcelo Alegre (UBA), la Dra Margarita Berkenwald (CONSAVIG), la Dra Perla Prigoshin (CONSAVIG) y la Lic. Julieta Arosteguy (FLACSO).
A continuación se presentará el caso de Gabriela, un personaje ficticio que hemos usado para reunir muchas de las situaciones por las que atraviesan las mujeres que solicitan un aborto no punible en los servicios de salud en la Argentina. El caso, que aparecerá resaltado en color al inicio, se irá relatando seguido por reflexiones sobre cada uno de los aspectos que hemos considerado más relevantes. Estas últimas, serán presentadas en forma de preguntas, a las cuales el grupo redactor ha tratado de responder, de forma que permita fomentar el trabajo y la discusión sobre el tema. Se comenzará con un comentario general sobre la objeción de conciencia para luego introducir el caso y nuestras reflexiones.
