This paper shed the light on the strategic aspects of cyber warfare and develop clear understanding of its theoretical conceptualization. The paper focuses on the decisive impacts of cyberattacks, drawing full understanding on how cyber warfare can produce strategic effects on national security of a state. Also, it illustrates how the Syrian regime has used cyber-attacks to stay in power, by weakening and dispersing local opponents as well as attacking opponent states.

This article discusses the Iraqi migration to Syria and the Syrian migration to Turkey in the last two decades. It compares the two migrations in terms of push and pull factors, the reasons that led both people to migrate into another country. Then it continues with the populations and features they carry with them to new lands. This research will analyze the migration systems in Syria and Turkey, and how both countries responded to the massive influx of refugees, the availability of healthcare, education, and employment services to the guests, and how to integrate them within the host community. It also reviews the response of local and international NGOs along with the governments. Finally, it concludes with the numerous impacts on different levels; social, security, and economical.
