Yet, it also raises the pressing question of how these technologies might affect our rights and freedoms as individuals. The social, cultural, and economic consequences of neurotechnology will be discussed at the upcoming international conference 'Neuroscience & Art' organised by HSE University’s Centre for Cognition & Decision Making. Among the conference speakers are prominent scientists, philosophers and artists from all around the world, including the renowned neurobiologist Prof. Patrick Haggard (University College London).
