Tristan und Isolde (Tristan dan Isolde, atau Tristan dan Isolda, atau Tristran dan Ysolt) adalah sebuah opera atau drama musik karya Richard Wagner yang terdiri dari tiga babak. Karya ini didasarkan pada roman dari abad ke-12, yaitu Tristan karya Gottfried von Strassburg. Karya ini dibuat dari tahun 1857 hingga 1859 dan pertama kali dipentaskan di Königliches Hof- und Nationaltheater di München pada tanggal 10 Juni 1865. Wagner tidak menganggap karya ini sebagai sebuah opera, tetapi ia menyebutnya "eine Handlung" (secara harfiah berarti drama).
Komposisi Tristan und Isolde karya Wagner terinspirasi dari filsafat Arthur Schopenhauer (particularly Die Welt als Wille und Vorstellung), dan juga hubungan Wagner dengan Mathilde Wesendonck.
Tristan und Isolde sangat populer di kalangan komponis klasik Barat dan menjadi inspirasi bagi Gustav Mahler, Richard Strauss, Karol Szymanowski, Alban Berg, Arnold Schoenberg dan Benjamin Britten.
