    Although organizational forgetfulness is a modern term, it is used in most
    organizations in one way or another. The aim of this research is to study the relation and
    effect between organizational forgetting and the effectiveness of administrative
    decisions. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted in the research. managers in
    the State Company for Drugs Industry & Medical Appliances/Samarra (55) individuals. 
    The questionnaire was distributed to them and 48 (valid) forms were returned for
    analysis. The research concluded that there is a strong correlation and effect between
    organizational forgetting (purposeful and non-purposeful) and the effectiveness of
    administrative decisions.

    This research seeks to find out the most important prerequisites for the success of strategic planning and its role in crisis management strategies and to identify the most important strategies that can be adopted to address the crises that may be exposed to organizations. The importance of research highlights the effective role that successful strategic planning can play in crisis management and minimizing its effects. The questionnaire was distributed to ( 112) employees of the General Company for Telecommunication Equipment and the capacity , Recovered (95) Valid form for analysis, The research questionnaire was based on two basic hypotheses indicating the existence of a relationship of correlation and influence between the requirements of success of the strategic planning with its dimensions of ( Support of senior management, availability of resources , flexibility, ICT) in crisis management strategies. The study concluded that there was a strong correlation and a significant effect between the search variables.

    organizations as a result of the developments that result from the environment in which they work, which in turn puts these organizations in the face of crises that need solutions to get out of them with the least losses, which requires understanding the role of strategic planning to achieve success and excellence and thus the ability to cope with crises And prevention. The questionnaire was distributed to (128) employees of the state company for drug industry & medical appliances/ samara, of which (110) samples were returned for analysis, and the questionnaire was prepared for the analysis. Two main hypotheses of research included a relationship of correlation and a significant effect between strategic planning and crisis management, and the research concluded that there is a correlation and a significant effect between them.

    حديث فهي تمارس النسيان التنظيمي سواء كان هذا نسياناً تنظيمياً هادفا او غير هادفا، ويعد القرار
    الاداري تصرفاً قانونيا تنظيمياً من اجل تحقيق اهداف المنظمة والغرض الذي وجدت من اجله وهو
    الذي يحدد مسارها من اجل البقاء وتحقيق التميز في القطاع الذي تنتمي اليه، ان الهدف من هذا
    البحث هو دراسة العلاقة والاثر بين النسيان التنظيمي وفاعلية القرارات الادارية، واعتمد المنهج
    الوصفي التحليلي في البحث، وحدد مجتمع البحث بالمعنيين في اتخاذ القرار في الشركة العامة
    لصناعة الادوية والمستلزمات الطبية/سامراء البالغ عددهم ) 55 ( فردا وفقا للهيكل التنظيمي
    للشركة، وزعت استمارة الاستبانة عليهم جميعا واعيدت منها ) 84 ( استمارة صالحة للتحليل،
    وخلص البحث الى وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين النسيان التنظيمي الهادف وغير الهادف وفاعلية
    القرارات الادارية.

    The current research coped with shaping the role of job crafting and its impact on organizational success for a selected sample of workers in Iraqi private banks / Kurdistan. Additionally, the research dealt with measuring the level of organizational success for these banks to determine the nature of the relationship and the impact between the research variables in the studied sample. The problem of the research was based on realizing the importance of the roles of individual workers in redesigning the limits of their jobs. This is what is known as job crafting, which in turn is reflected in achieving efficiency and effectiveness represented by the organizational success of their organizations. Achieving the objectives of the research, a set of hypotheses were adopted, which revolved around the existence of a significant correlation and impact relationship between functional crafting in terms of its dimensions (material crafting "tasks", crafting according to relationships, perceptual crafting "cognitive") and organizational success in terms of its dimensions (efficiency, effectiveness). The research was based on two main hypotheses: (there is a significant correlation and effect between job crafting in terms of its dimensions and organizational success in the surveyed organization. The sample of the research was (179) workers in the surveyed banking branches, to whom the questionnaire was distributed, and the number of questionnaires retrieved valid for statistical analysis was (174) forms. The research concluded that there is a positive and strong correlation between job crafting behaviors and organizational success which explains the role of job crafting in enhancing organizational success in banks.
