Educators have a huge responsibility because educators must guide and direct students to become individuals of good character. Students have varied characteristics who need guidance from an educator so that their potential can develop appropriately by the characters developed in the educational environment. This study aims to find out the relationship between level of education, occupation, dan number of hobbies with mild cognitive impairment in middle age. The study was conducted among healthy sample in Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital and its network from March to May 2012. This  research is an observational study. The samples were examined using CERAD test to assess mild cognitive impairment as a dependent variable in middle age group, and were related to education level, occupation and number of hobby as an independent variables. The data were analyzed using chi square and other test according to study goals and measurement scale. The results of the study reveals significant relationship between level of education, occupation and number of hobbies (significancy for each variable : 0,000) Low education, unemployment and less number of hobbies were powerfull risks of developing mild cognitive impairment.

Background. Fibrinogen strong influence, hemostasis, hemeorologi, aggregation, platelets, and endothelial function. So that is one factor that determines the viscosity and blood flow. This study aimed to determine the relationship of plasma fibrinogen levels with clinical outcomes of acute ischemic stroke.The research aimed at finding out the relationship between the plasma fibrinogen content and the clinical outcome of the acute ischemic stroke.This was an observational research with the cross-sectional approach on the acute ischemic stroke patient. The research was carried out in Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital and its networks. The acute ischemic stroke patients who fulfilled the inclusive criterion were examined their plasma fibrinogen content and the clinical outcome which were assessed by the score of the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). The research result indicates that the increase of the plasma fibrinogen content has significant relationship with the outcome of the acute ischemic stroke. Background: Head injury can rise sequale short term and long term including kognitif, behaviour, and physical disturbance. The aim of the correlation between postrumatic amnesia and neurobehavioural disorder in mild and moderate head injury patients. The research was a cross sectional study involved 75 subjects in mild and moderate head injury patients who experienced post traumatic amnesia in Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital from September 2012 to April 2013. Galveston Orientation Amnesia Test (GOAT) and Neurobehaviour function test was conducted in the 14th day of head injury using Neurobehavioural Rating Scale (NRS. The results of the research indicate that more male were found than female (76% vs 24%). The high median total NRS in post traumatic amnesia patients is 10,4 and those who do not exprerience neurobehavioural disorder is 2,6 with p 0.000 with r -0,776. The most affected cognitive factors are attention, memory deficit, and fatique and somatic symtoms / anxiety factor is somatic concern. It is also indicated that there is a correlation between post traumatic amnesia and neurobehavioural disorder.

The research aimed at finding out the relationship between Cognitive Test for Delirium ( CTD) and the outcome based on the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS) on mild-moderate closed head injury. The research was carried out on the mild-moderate closed head injury in neurology in Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital from December 2011 to March 2012. The research was conducted by the Cohort design. The delirium was evaluated by using the CTD score in the onset of the first 48 hours. The delirium was evaluated by using the CTD score in the onset of the first 48 hours. The outcome was assessed by using GOS on the 14 th day. The data were analyzed by using the Chi-square test and the other tests in line with the research objective and the measurement scale. The research result indicates that there is the significant relationship between the CTD score and the outcome,in which the outcome on the mild-moderate closed head injury is accompanied by the worse delirium than the non-accompanied delirium. The age, sex, and the education level do not have the significant relationship with the outcome.
