    The aim of the article is to examine the issue of eliminating quantization noise in the process of analogue-to-digital conversion by means of timing pulse code modulation. According to the results of the method proposed, it has established that the use of timing modulation significantly increases the number of sampling levels at a given interval without reducing the duration of individual code pulses, that, in its turn, significantly improves signal quality (readability) after the digital-to-analogue conversion on the receiving side.

    A method of integrated estimation of channel state in multiantenna radio communication systems was developed. The distinguishing feature of the proposed method is estimation for several indicators, namely the bit error probability in the channel, frequency and pulse response of the channel state. After obtaining of the channel estimate for each indicator, a generalized channel state estimate is formed. Formation of the channel state estimate for each of the estimation indicators takes place in a separate layer of the neural network using the apparatus of fuzzy sets after which a generalized estimate is formed at the neural network output.     The method of forecasting the time of overloading of data transfer routes in the mobile radio link (MRL), which is constructed using the neural network of Elman based on the calculation of the potential of neurons in the network is presented. The essence of the method is to make a decision on finding new routes based on the predicted time of overloading the data transfer routes in the MRL. This method allows predicting the time of overloading of data transfer routes in the MRL due to the reduction of the computational complexity of the neural network and the application of the algorithm for training the neural network.

    Nowadays, unmanned aerial systems are widely using to solve various tasks. The main element of any unmanned aviation complex is controlling and data transmission channels. Existing scientific achievements do not fully take into consideration the effect of various destabilizing factors on the impedance of control and data transmission channels. In order to clarify the degree of influence of various destabilizing factors on the noise immunity of control channels and data transmission in the work, the authors developed a mathematical model of the MIMO system. The proposed model allows estimating the noise immunity of the MIMO system of unmanned aviation complexes under the influence of destabilizing factors. The difference between the developed model and the existing ones, which determines its novelty is that the proposed model is based on the new analytical relations for calculating the MIMO immunity index, which takes into consideration different types of intentional noise, selective signal fading, Doppler effect, inter-symbol interference, phase jitter and efficiency of the calculation of low signal/noise ratio in the channel. Using the proposed model allows analyzing the noise immunity of the MIMO system of unmanned aeronautical complexes and taking into consideration the influence of destabilizing factors. The proposed mathematical model of the MIMO system should be used to analyze the state of channels of unmanned aerial systems and to determine measures aimed at increasing the noise immunity of unmanned aerial systems channels.
