El objetivo principal es analizar el impacto de la política de aislamiento social, preventivo y o... more El objetivo principal es analizar el impacto de la política de aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio (en la Fase 1), desarrollada como respuesta a la pandemia del COVID-19, en la reproducción social de las familias populares en distintas villas del Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires, focalizándose en las condiciones socio-urbanas y económicas. Nuestras hipótesis de trabajo refieren a la situación laboral y de la vivienda, en cuanto la vulnerabilidad de la primera explica la masificación de las prácticas desmercantilizadoras de la vida cotidiana de los hogares, y la precariedad habitacional de la segunda (entendiendo conceptualmente a la vivienda como hábitat e indicador de salud pública) explica la crisis sanitaria previa a la pandemia, pese a la política local de reurbanización. Este artículo analiza una política habitacional de mixtura social en un barrio en proceso de reno... more Este artículo analiza una política habitacional de mixtura social en un barrio en proceso de renovación urbana. Se aborda la implementación del Plan de Soluciones Habitacionales establecido por la Ley n.° 3.396/09 de creación del barrio Parque Donado-Holmberg en un tramo de la que debería haber sido la Autopista 3 de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. A partir del análisis de los modos de acceso a las viviendas sociales y las percepciones sobre las viviendas nuevas por parte de sus destinatarios, se evalúan las posibilidades de cumplimiento de los objetivos de mixtura social del programa implementado en un escenario de renovación urbana. Al mismo tiempo, se problematiza el modo en el que se resuelve la disputa por el derecho a la ciudad. Se recurrió a una metodología cualitativa; se recuperaron datos de fuentes secundarias y se construyeron datos primarios a partir de entrevistas en profundidad, observaciones no participantes y la realización de un mapeo colectivo.
