One of determining factors of water supply for rubber plants are rain fall and rain day. Water supply for rubber in field is obtained from rainfall. The amount of water that doesn’t consistent give negative impact to the productivity of rubber. This research was to determine the effect of rainfall and rain day as well as the correlation of both on rubber production in plants 7, 10 and 13 years aged. This research is done in Sei Baleh Estate PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, Tbk. from January to March 2016. Primary data for the purposes of data analysis includes latex production in 2012, 2013, and 2014; rainfall data and rain day monthly in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Analysis method used are double linier regression and correlation analysis. Model tested by classic asumption consists of normality test, heteroskedasticity test, multicollinearity, and autocorellations test by using statistic software SPSS.v.17 for windows. The regression analysis shows that rainfall and rain day variables do...

In the research has been done, blending ratio of LDPE (50 g)-waste tyre dust (50 g) variation of concentration initiator DCP (1,2,3 phr) and variation of concentration crosslink agent DVB (0,1,2,3 phr). From blending LDPE (50 g)-waste tyre dust (50 g) with concentration DCP 2 phr was found tensile strength and elasticity optimum 0,89 kgf/mm and 89,66 %. While blending LDPE (50 g)-waste tyre dust (50 g) with concentration 1 phr DCP and 2 phr DVB was found tensile strength and elasticity optimum1,04 kgf/mm and 157,9 %. From the SEM analysis result was obtained that the addition of divinylbenzene could improve surface become more flat and homogeneus. From the functional group analysis FT-IR showed functional group is not change and interaction occurring only physical interaction. Analysis of gel content indicated blending variation of concentration Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) (50 g)-waste tyre dust (50 g)-DCP-DVB 2 phr : 2 phr blending see xylene solvent no able dissolve.
