Diana Junkes
I hold a BA in Economic Sciences (1992), and hold a master's degree (2004) and a doctorate (2008) in Literary Studies from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP/Araraquara). Between 2018-2019, I developed an internship as a Collaborating Researcher (USP-Depto Letras Modernas), with research on the relationships between Walter Benjamin and Haroldo de Campos. She was Visiting Researcher at the University of Buenos Aires (AUGM/2018). I was Visiting Fellow at Yale University (USA-2012), where he developed specific research on Haroldo de Campos, contemporary Brazilian culture and poetry. I was Visiting Scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA-2010), where he developed works on Brazilian literature and culture. I hold a postdoctoral degree in the field of Discourse Analysis and Psychoanalysis from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FFCLRP-USP) (2011). nowadays, I am professor of Literary Theory and Brazilian Literature at the Federal University of São Carlos - UFSCar, at undergraduate and graduate levels, where I also works as a researcher and Vice provost of research. I coordinate the international exchange agreement between the Literature Studies Program at UFSCar and the Literature Program at the University of Playa Ancha/Chile, of which I am a visiting professor. My main line of research is developed in the area of Letters, with an emphasis on studies of Brazilian Literature and Culture in modernity and contemporaneity. Leader of the Center for Studies and Research in Poetry and Culture (NEPPOC/ CNPq - UFSCar).
