    During the current pandemic, there are many obstacles and obstacles when doing business in times like this. One of the case studies taken here is at the Citra Mart supermarket around the house, because they want to do something that can be developed. This analysis aims to see business developments that are happening at this time and provide innovations that can make a business thrive during a pandemic like this. This analysis uses the ward and peppard method which analyzes and identifies a business and provides input in the form of computerbased applications in the implementation of the business and enables the business to develop later. The results obtained in this analysis are to produce a SWOT analysis and Five Posters Force in this result we analyze part by part of Citra Mart supermarkets. In this analysis we also provide suggestions and innovations in Citra Mart supermarkets so that they can be more developed in terms of their business, because Citra Mart supermarkets are small supermarkets that only provide various kinds of basic necessities and light snacks, which makes local people interested in shopping there because the system which allows customers to choose and take the goods they want themselves, so that over time this supermarket becomes bigger and becomes the main destination for people to shop. Through this analysis, it becomes innovation and future ideas to start a business.
