Many Beaker materials were in use in Liguria during the last centuries of the Copper Age, especially pottery, arrowheads
and metallic artefacts. These objects were found especially in sites located on lines of communication between the shores of the Ligurian sea and the hinterland of Liguria, Piedmont and Provence. These findings don’t attest the presence of a definite Bell Beaker culture, but bear witness for connections with different areas, sometimes far, like Sicily and the Pyrenees.
