Ahstract- The development of smart cities depends on the development of the Internet of Things, in the perception layer of the architecture of the Internet of the things the wireless sensor networks are an effective way for collecting information from the environment in which they are deployed, several technologies can connect these wireless sensors to each other depending on the distance between them, in this article we have chosen the Metropolitan area networks especially WiMax-Mobil protocol to connect this sensors to each other it's allows coverage of 50 km, it is a data communication protocol that is defined at the level of the physical layer and the data link layer, the simulation that we made with the OPNET simulator we mount the performance of this protocol at the data link level, in the case of using a voice application and in the case of using an HTTP application,

The Internet of Things is perceived today as a key opportunity for commercial development in different sectors of activity. Ehealth is a new IoT ecosystem where several microcomputer with health detection capabilities can diagnose the state of health of a patient, to deduce if his condition is stable or if a need for medical intervention very fast is obligatory, to prevent against any threat that can make us lose our patient. In this article we distinguish the different Ehealth micro-computer networks that can allow access at the collected health information of the patient to the Internet for processing, and we focus especially on WWANs that allow to send signals over a long distance and led to cover a large geographic area.

The Internet of Things is perceived today as a key opportunity for commercial development in different sectors of activity. Ehealth is a new IoT ecosystem where several microcomputer with health detection capabilities can diagnose the state of health of a patient, to deduce if his condition is stable or if a need for medical intervention very fast is obligatory, to prevent against any threat that can make us lose our patient. Our work consist of connecting three Ehealth microcomputers, each one relayed to ten health sensors and an alert button, to collect the health information of three different patients in movement, and send it to the medical server in the Internet for decision making, using an UTMS network in the network access layer, and the ATM network in the core layer. In the context of the Smart City, the Internet of Things is a major asset for the development of different sectors of activity; in our study, we focused on the new industrial revolution, the Industry 4.0 Ecosystem, which is based on the digitization of all the industrial processes. For this, the deployment of a large number of sensors in the digital factory is an indispensable thing; the communication between the different components of the network becomes something that must be taken seriously. The development of Smart Cities that know our word today depends on the development of the IoT, in this context IoT are applied to develop and optimize may current and future sectors of activities like: health care, home automation, transportation, public services and others. The major issues of safety and comfort in traditional homes pushed us to detail and develop our own IoT Smart Home Ecosystem. Inside the home no one is safe from a fall, a cut, a poisoning, a burn, or a fire, as an example children are unfortunately the first victims of domestic accidents. The Smart Home can limit risks by integrating: smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, alarms to trigger oneself when needed (PMR, for people with reduced mobility), motion detectors with alarm connected to the smartphones of your family member, remote surveillance cameras (for children and dependent persons). Mobile ad hoc network are new generation of networks based on no pre-existing infrastructure, these type of networks are used a lot for collaboration between staff members in train stations, airports, and even in military applications, the MANETs have a lot of routing protocols, and choosing the most suitable for the network becomes a serious problem. Our works consists of applying the vocie over IP protocol to the MANETs and studying the performance of the network when it uses the OLSR and the TORA protocols.

The goal of Internet of Things is to facilitate human life, by collecting information from the physical environment using sensing objects, process this information locally and transmit it to the Internet for decision making respecting an IoT architecture. Nowadays, the use of wireless technology has invaded the market of telecommunications networks. There are two main families of wireless networks: networks with infrastructure and networks without infrastructure or AdHoc. In the networks with infrastructure, communications are made via a fixed base station; however, communications in an AdHoc network occur in the absence of any fixed communication infrastructure. There are three types of AdHoc networks: mobile AdHoc networks, mesh networks, and sensor networks. The Internet of things is perceived today as a key opportunity for commercial development in different sectors of activity that can be deployed in the local level as in the case of smart homes, at the regional level as in the case of health, or at the national level in the energy management sector. The IOT connectivity services are different depending on the use case, we find in this context a large number of constantly evolving protocols at the perception layer in the architecture of IOT networks, we distinguish in this article two of these protocols standardized by IEEE which are ZigBee and WiFi.

We talk about the Internet of Things when the number of devices connected to the Internet exceeds the number of people connected, the IOT adds new challenges to the closed and traditional nature of today's networks like: network management which become difficult to maintain, the intense use of network resources, mobility and massive energy consumption. the SDN makes it possible to remedy these constraints with the centralized management of all the equipment, and the exploitation of the global view of the network.

EHealth is an important domain of application in IoT to create an ecosystem that can measure, record and transmit health information of a patient to the database centre on reel time to know the state of health of the patient and to warn if necessary emergency, hospital consultant, and the family of the patient for a quick intervention. Our Ehealth ecosystem is based on a microcomputer connected to more than ten health sensors and a WWAN protocol to allow access at the heath information to the Internet.

Today's world knows a constant development of Smart cites like Amsterdam Smart City, Smart City Lyon and others, the development of these smart cities depends on the development of the Internet of Things, in the perception layer of the Internet of Things architecture, wireless sensor networks can be an important factor to optimize IoT solutions with their high capabilities of physical magnitude detection and there various networks connections. The Internet of Things is a new opportunity for commercial development in several sectors of activity, in our article we focus specially on the heath care field to create an IoT Ehealth ecosystem that can measure record and transmit health information of the patient to the Internet to prevent against any threat that can make us lose our patient. On the next few years the IoT market promises a big development which means a generation of large amount of data and setting up of a lot of network infrastructures, to remedy the problems of the huge consummation of the network resources and for an efficient data management in our IoT Ehealth ecosystem we were based on the Software Define Network technology that decuple the control function present on the Ehealth network equipment and centralized in a single controller, the Ehealth network equipment are thus responsible only for data transmission leaving decision making to the controller. This create a new notion called Software Define Internet of Things Ehealth Ecosystem.

The world knows a constant development of technology applied in different sectors of activities: health, factories, homes, transportation, and others, one of the big axes that take a lot of attention today is the drone’s field. To communicate information a fleet of drones can use different communication architectures: centralized communication architecture, satellite communication architecture, cellular network communication architecture and a specific AdHoc communication architecture called the UAANET drones architecture. In our work we focused specifically on the routing of information inside the UAANET where we analyze and compare the performances of the reactive protocol AODV and the proactive protocol OLSR, when the UAANET use an applications based on the HTTP protocol, the FTP protocol, the database queries, voice application, and video conferencing application.
