El presente trabajo parte de la concepcion de comunicacion politica como el espacio donde se inte... more El presente trabajo parte de la concepcion de comunicacion politica como el espacio donde se intercambian los discursos de los tres actores que intervienen en ella, partidos politicos, periodistas y opinion publica, centrando el analisis en la construccion de la agenda tematica en el debate entre los cinco principales candidatos celebrado en la Television de Galicia. Sobre esta base, se realiza un estudio con una metodologia mixta en la que se analiza el contenido expreso y latente de los mensajes de los candidatos con el objetivo de determinar los temas y los diferentes encuadres de los mismos. El interes de la presente investigacion radica en la novedad que significa el analisis de los temas en un contexto de moderado crecimiento economico (agenda postcrisis) y que provoca, a priori, un cambio de rango en los principales: una mayor importancia de las cuestiones economicas y las preocupaciones materiales mas directas, con un retroceso de la corrupcion, la crisis partidaria y falta ...
Esta investigación hace un análisis de la historia, evolución, audiencias y agenda temática de lo... more Esta investigación hace un análisis de la historia, evolución, audiencias y agenda temática de los debates electorales televisados celebrados en España, comparándolos con los celebrados en Francia, Alemania y Reino Unido, con la intención de observar las posibles semejanzas y diferencias dentro del contexto audiovisual, político y normativo europeo. Se realiza un estudio cuantitativo y cualitativo de las audiencias, comparando los resultados a nivel nacional y autonómico con los programas más vistos de la televisión en los años de celebración de cada debate, además de analizar los bloques temáticos y agenda pública. Como conclusión, en el caso de España, la audiencia relativa de los debates televisados y, en el contexto europeo, la falta de uniformidad y armonización de formatos, debido tanto a la diversidad de los sistemas políticos y partidistas de cada país, como a la ausencia de normativas electorales específicas de los estados nacionales y de la propia Unión Europea.

Se revela el ascenso y popularidad de las redes sociales digitales profesionales y científicas entre los académicos, pero también su todavía bajo conocimiento y uso eficiente de ellas. El 90% de los docentes universitarios gallegos que respondieron se ha inscrito en alguna red profesional o académica, pero sólo un 8,64% se considera como usuario experto. LinkedIn y Research- Gate son las que tienen más miembros, aunque con una utilización media-baja. Los de las áreas de ingenierías, biomédicas y ciencias naturales usan más esas dos redes citadas, mientras que en las ramas sociales y humanísticas se decantan por Academia.edu. El 32,8% del personal docente e investigador (PDI) que respondió las usa al menos una vez al mes para difundir y seguir publicaciones, en primer lugar, y luego para conseguir más citas y reputación.
