I'm a Cultural Anthropologist focused on the Anthropology of Food and Environmental Anthropology, primarily in India and the US.
I completed my PhD in Anthropology at Indiana University Bloomington in May 2020, with a dissertation focused on the promotion of traditional Tamil foods and the perception of food culture change in the city of Madurai in South India.
I have taught original undergraduate courses at the following universities: Indiana University South Bend, University of Notre Dame, Fordham University, and Indiana University Bloomington.
I have also taught and presented in other capacities to various audiences, academic and non-academic alike.
